    * I calculated all vehicle's top speed with and without
    boost using the Lawrence Tunnel, a stopwatch, and a calculator.
    I used the formula: 0.8x(3600/T) where 'T' is time in seconds
    of the entire length of the tunnel. The tunnel is exactly 0.8
    miles long, hence the 0.8x. All times were done three times through,
    with boost and without boost separately. If I made an error or ran
    out of boost early, then that time wouldn't count. Speeds were
    consistent throughout the entire tunnel.

    There are three types of boost: Stunt, Speed,and Aggression. Aggression cars
    gain boost by driving aggressively, such as takedowns and traffic checking. 
    Stunt cars gain boost by doing stunts, such as jumps, flat spins, and barrel
    rolls. Speed cars are different. You can only use Boost when the bar is full. 
    When you boost continuously from when the bar is completely full to completely
    empty, it is called a 'Burnout'. If you do enough stunts to fill the bar 
    halfway back up during the burnout, then the bar will fill back up and you can
    continue to boost non-stop. This is called a 'Burnout Chain'. All stats are 
    maxed out at 10. Once you earn your Elite license, you will be able to paint
    all your cars Gold. Once you achieve 101% on your car license, you can paint
    all your cars Platinum. Scroll across the available finishes to select either
    of the two.

    Drifting is very useful in getting around corners really fast. To drift, tap
    the brake and turn. The longer you hold the brake, the sharper you turn. A
    very useful way to gain boost quickly is what I call 'Zig-Zag Drifting'. To do
    this, you must be going at medium speed. Barely tap the brake and turn, then
    quickly turn the other direction. Repeat for the other way, and you will drift
    very short zig-zag drifts. If you get good at it, you can do this using only
    two lanes on the I-88. This is a very quick way to gain boost.

    To flat spin, drive up to any ramp, but before you hit the end of it, press
    square to start e-braking and you will Flat Spin off the ramp. The Rockridge
    Cliff and the Quarry are popular places for a high Flat Spin.

    The easiest ramps to do barrel rolls off of are split ramps. Line up your car
    so that half goes off a raised side and the other stays on the lower half.
    Read Lane and the Quarry are popular places for Barrel Rolls. The first Barrel
    Roll will automatically straighten itself, keep the roll going by holding the
    left analog stick in the direction of the roll.

    There are 35 Burning Routes total, one for each original offline car, with the
    excpetion of carbon cars. Most of the early cars' burning routes can completed
    without much boost, as long as you donít crash. Most of the later burning
    routes allow almost no room for error. Most Aggression cars' burning routes,
    no matter where you are in the game, can be done with to no boost. Most of the
    Speed cars require that you do at least one burnout's worth of boost to make
    it in time. These events do not reset after upgrading your license.

    Marked Man events are about surviving the drive from the start to the finish.
    You have as much time as you need to make it to the finish as long as you
    donít total the car. There will be anywhere from 2 cars (when you have your
    Learners Permit) to 4 cars (when you have your Burnout License) trying to keep
    you from reaching the finish. They are very aggressive, but will rarely use
    any shortcuts. Cars with high strength like the Carson Inferno Van or Hunter
    Takedown 4x4 are good choices for Marked Man events. There are 15 Marked Man
    events. After you go through an Auto-Repair shop, you wonít be able to go
    back through that Auto-Repair for the rest of the event.

    Road Rage events are my favorite events in Paradise. You have a time limit
    and takedown target and all you have to do is takedown that amount of cars
    before time runs out or you total your car. For every Takedown you get,
    5 seconds will be added to your time, but once you reach the takedown goal,
    no more time will be added to the clock. After each win, the takedown goal
    will go higher, starting at 3 and ending at 30. I-88 is (in my opinion) the
    best place to do road rages, as long as you don't do in oncoming traffic.
    Aggression cars are the best to use on road rage events, especially the
    Carson Inferno Van and Hunter Takedown 4x4. If you reach Critical Damage,
    drive through an Auto-Repair and all damage will be fixed. After you go
    through an Auto-Repair, you wonít be able to go back through that Auto-Repair
    for the duration of the event. There are 16 Road Rage Events, listed in

    In Stunt Run events, will be given a time limit and target score that both
    depend on your current license. During the run, you can do stunts that will
    multiply your score. Doing things like breaking billboards, landing super
    jumps, getting big air, flat spinning, or going off a ramp in reverse all
    earn you a +1 multiplier. Landing a Barrel Roll earns a +2 multiplier, landing
    a double barrel roll earns a +4 multiplier, etc. My favorite places for
    getting easy multipliers are the Airfield and Quarry. There is a counter at
    the top of the screen, and if if gets empty, the combo ends. Boosting,
    drifting, getting air, and e-braking can reset the counter. If you crash, your
    score is added up while you are crashing, and once the timer runs out, the
    event will end once the combo you are on ends. There are 14 Stunt Runs.
