Is the hotel room in Rivet City permanent?

Once u pay Vera, do u hav to pay again? If u do, do u lose ur stuff if u are late on the "rent"?

Answer

The room is only temporary. I believe if you leave your stuff in the room and the "rent" runs out, either it disappears (least likely IMO) or the AI reclassifies it as belonging to Vera and taking it back is considered stealing.
