Game or Glitch ?

well i bough a used copy t fallout 3 again since i wanted to play it again and it was runnung fine i played it for a long while .Then when i reached a part of the map the screen was getting all freaky looking>Like it was black with green red lines coming out it was like when you had a scratch copy of gta and the map would go black that's how it was i kept reloading my save and sometimes it went away but came back shortyl after sorry i dont know how to explain it better.

Game, its common because the Fallout world is huge. There will be those everywhere.
