Asked: 5 years agoOn the level up to 20 take "Here and Now" perk, will it work? I spent it earlier, so can't say. Anyone tried this?
Ok, this actually is the case. "Here and Now" will only present itself twice in the game for use. Level 20 is not one of those times (10 and 15). Some perks are once-in-a-moment use, compared to others that stack.

statusSomeone mentioned that at Level 20, there are several perks that shut off when you make your choice both to prevent the system and to prevent wasting your final perk (ie. "Steady Learner", an EXP % increase that's futile at 20 since nothing nets EXP anymore). This may be one of them.
