How to I turn off auto save in Braid? (auto-save)

I'm not sure how to get the 8 (?) save slots.

I've only played on 360, but there aren't 8 save slots. Each profile on the console can have its own save, but there's no option to turn off autosave.

The only 8 thing in Braid is the 8 secret stars. I'm not sure which version you own, but on the 360 version there's only 1 save slot and you can't turn off the auto save. Or like rabidpencil said, "Each profile on the console can have its own save,".
