What do the numbers mean on the sidequest menu?

When looking at the sidequests, there's a section that says "Available:" followed by some numbers.

I don't understand what these numbers mean. Can anyone help?

Answer

Those numbers tell you what chapter (not episode) those missions are available. Some of them are only available when its raining.
