What does ragdoll mode do ?

I have tried it but it didn't do anything

If you shot a enemie they go everywhere

It lowers the gravity on corpses, making them fly around more wildly and randomly, headshots tend to get the best effect, or you could kill someone and then just shoot the body and watch it bounce around.
