Where can I find Holsters or bulletproof vests?

Is there anyway to get a holster and a bulletproof vest like the ones that your gang can wear? ive seen the holsters on the tights but i want them to be on jeans or something else anyone have any idea?

The only holsters available are those that come as part of an outfit, such as the tights you've mentioned. I didn't see a whole lot of them available.

There's a few outfit pieces that might look like protective vests, the best one being the one found in Let's Pretend. There's also one unlockable outfit that is a complete suit of armor.
