Ending overview (Continued)

Ending 19 - "With Itsuse"

basic: Gain Itsuse's trust by dueling her/ answering question and then agree to try to kill Shuzen with her. I've found that apart from Inklings you never need to answer her question, if you duel her 2-3 times she'll be at max affection.

My Method:

1) Kuchihagahara - auto
-"I've been better"
2) Takatane - Kota
-"Calm down, kid."
3) Road - Ouka thugs
-"Stealing is bad, you know."
-Speak to Yuma, select "I have a grudge..."
4) Minori - Guard Leader
-"I was approached by..."
5) Road - Setsuen
-Speak to him after
6) Road - Setsuen
-Speak to him after say "I'd love to!"
7) Minori at night - Itsuse
8) Minori - Auto (party)
-speak to Itsuse select "I'm not interested."
9) Minori - Genjuro
-"Sure, what do you need?"
-Speak to him after for reward and thanks
10) Road at night - Setsuen
-Speak to him after select "Loud and clear! ..."
11) Minori - Yuma
-Note before the next event must get Itsuse to max affection-
12) Takatane - Kota
-"You're pretty good."
13) Minori - Itsuse
-"How would I know..."
-Nobunaga Event-
14) Minori - Itsuse
-"I'm with you, until the end."
15) Amana
-fight and kill Shuzen

Ending 20 - "Senseless Person"

basic: Make it so you can't get any other ending and say to Kota you're scared of attacking Shuzen yourself.

The easiest way to force this is after Nobunaga rescue Yuma, draw your sword during the scene with Osei and Shinnosuke and then leave without killing Shinnosuke. If you do kill him another event will likely take place, just draw your sword again at the start of that event.

My Method:

1) Kuchihagahara - auto
-"I've been better"
2) Takatane - Kota
-"Calm down, kid"
3) Amana - Recruiter
-"Yes, I have..."
-win the tournement
4) Minori - Guard Leader
-"Why don't ..."
5) Road - Setsuen
-Speak to him after the event
6) Minori - Yuma
-"You're working..."
-Speak after ask "Brother and Father?"
-Note do not return to Castle Minori or an auto event will occur-
7) Kuchihagahara - Yuma and Shinnosuke fight
8) Kuchihagahara at night - Shinnosuke and Osei
9) Kuchihagahara at night - Shinnosuke
-"Sakura... Sakurai?"
10) Amana day or night - Shinnosuke
-"Sure"
-Speak to him after for reward and thanks
11) Takatane - Kota
-"You're pretty good"
12) Amana - Shinnosuke, Kirie
-"Oh ... it's nothing ..."
13) Kuchihagahara at night - Shinnosuke
-"Of course."
-Nobunaga Event-
14) Takatane - Osei, Mumechika
15) Minori - multi
-Doesn't matter if you kill Genjuro or not
-Shinnosuke gives you the box
-Tell Yuma "You're okay with..."
-Beat Yuma with blunt attacks and escape
16) Takatane - Shinnosuke
-"Of course I will"
-Draw you blade leave the area without killing Shinnosuke
-A few days must pass-
17) Takatane - Kota
-"No Way! That's..."
-Move anywhere else

Ending 21 - "Undercover"

basic: Gain Setsuen's trust by doing all his events and speaking with him after, then agree to assassinate Shuzen for him.

Note that only events 5, 6, 10 and 13 are need for the ending, which are the only inklings that appear on the road beyond the ouka thugs bugging the merchants right at the beginning.

My Method:

1) Kuchihagahara - auto
-"I've been better"
2) Takatane - Kota
-"Calm down, kid."
3) Road - Ouka thugs
-"Stealing is bad, you know."
-Speak to Yuma, select "I have a grudge..."
4) Minori - Guard Leader
-"I was approached by..."
5) Road - Setsuen
-Speak to him after
6) Road - Setsuen
-Speak to him after say "I'd love to!"
7) Minori at night - Itsuse
8) Minori - Auto (party)
-speak to Itsuse select "I'm not interested."
9) Minori - Genjuro
-"Sure, what do you need?"
-Speak to him after for reward and thanks
10) Road at night - Setsuen
-Speak to him after select "Loud and clear! ..."
11) Minori - Yuma
12) Takatane - Kota
-"You're pretty good."
13) Road at night - Zaji
-After fight "What did you do..."
-Nobunaga Event-
14) Road at Night - Setseun
-"You've found your man."
15) Amana - Shuzen
-End his life and this ending is yours.

Ending 22 - "The Legend of the Demon"

basic: Kill all static NPC's in the game including Shuzen.

My Method:

I first want to thank Fuuinashi for what he had posted about this ending, what I'm putting here is basically what he had already posted. Now this ending technically doesn't require any events to be done so I'm going to describe a method not a list of events.

1st thing before you go around killing everyone is you need to join Fujimori clan and gain access to Shzuen, this means doing 4 jobs for Fujimori and enough inklings to get in to see him.

After that it's time to kill everyone. Basically what you want is to go to each of the areas day AND night to find people and kill them. Leave Shuzen, Genjuro and one Biwa player (so you can save) to last. Do remember as you do area to area that it's static NPC's, so there will be random encounters still but a lot less people should be there. Something else to note is you can never kill kids, so don't try.

Now after you believe you only have those 3 I listed above left, kill Genjuro. I don't know if you need to kill the Ouka members who will be bowing to you after the scene but kill them anyways. Now there should be two NPC's left, Shuzen and the biwa player, so either kill both and see if you got 100% kill rate or just kill the biwa player and leave Amana. If your kill rate is 99.45% then all you have is Shuzen left so reload and kill him this time. If it's anything lower then you're missing someone, so go to each area, again day and night until you find them.

Now because you're killing unarmed people you will get a huge negative on your samurai points, I got -27500 points which put me back to a total of 0. So if you haven't gotten 10000 points yet I don't suggest doing this ending. Also if you're only interested in getting platium this ending isn't required for it it's a hidden ending for fun.

Also something worth noting is when you do kill 100% of people in certain areas like Takatane and Minori that there are speical weird inklings that can happen, the best one imo is in Minori it's a party like you normally have... only your character is eating veggies and all your guests are animals.

Title Overview

Below are all 50 titles, their offical descriptions, if they require an ending to complete and my tips/ method to get them. If a title does not require an ending you will be able to see the title under your profile in the menu. As well if you want to know your progress towards almost all titles just save then leave Amana and at the 2nd screen it has stats for all the titles.

If you have methods to get a title easier then I have listed please do contact me, just be sure to be detailed. If you're going to be contacting me about anything involving samurai rank be sure to include what difficultly you played on.

I've been told that others have been able to change their rating for the % based titles by killing/ looting and kicking the dead. I've had similar experience with this but since I couldn't lock down the exact requirements I never mentioned it, but I do think it's worth mention that if you do end up with a bit higher percent near the end being "bad" may get you a lower % to get a different title.

Title King

Description: Congratulations! You have obtained all the Samurai Titles.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: You have to collect all 49 other titles and finish the game again in any way, so you can get your last title, re-enter Amana and simple leave for this title.

Samurai 4EvR!

Description: [Samurai Rank] exceeded 120%.

Requires Ending: Yes

Tips to get: Several ending can give you the max samurai rank of 120%, Ending 2 seems to always gives it. I have also gotten this with ending 1, 3 and 5 on hard.

Impatient Samurai

Description: Cleared the game within an hour.

Requires Ending: Yes

Tips to get: This is a title you're get when you don't want to get while trying for other titles.

Martial Artist

Description: Bare Hands Rate reached 100%.

Requires Ending: Yes

Tips to get: Play on easy, Bare hand attacks are weak so you'll likely want a non-combat ending although with enough HP on easy any ending is possible.

Sexy Samurai

Description: Many Partners were attracted to you.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: What this requires is that the total affections of all partners is greater then 50%. A good tip I got from Fuuinashi on the boards was to find a partner talk to them select the 1st option, travel to a different area and talk to them again selecting the 1st option, keep moving between areas and eventually you're have them at max affection. Each partner at max can give about 7%, so you do need 7-8 partner for the 50% (7 with 100% will give you the 50%, 8 or more just makes it all the more easy to get that 50%).

Grim Reaper

Description: Killed all the people in Amana. Kill Rate reached 100%.

Requires Ending: Yes

Tips to get: Exact method is listed above with ending 22, kill rate only counts static NPC so those that are always in an area day or night.

Harmless Samurai

Description: Cleared the game without killing anyone.

Requires Ending: Yes

Tips to get: Use blunt attacks all the time, only one ending requires you to kill so just avoid helping Princess Araragi.

Holy Samurai

Description: Cleared the game with a total HP loss of less than 100.

Requires Ending: Yes

Tips to get: This cannot be done on instant kill so play on easy, avoid combat, save before every battle you choice/need to get in. I did ending 14 for this.

Samurai Pimp

Description: Became Partners with more than 10 people.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Unlike Sexy Samurai you don't need/ want to gain affection from your partners so just partner with someone and ask them to leave and keep going until you have gotten 10 of them.

Blessed Samurai

Description: Cleared the game with a total HP loss of less than 1000.

Requires Ending: Yes

Tips to get: Same as Holy Samurai, just remember you do have to lose 100 HP to avoid getting Holy Samurai.

Executioner

Description: Total number of Instant Kills exceeded 100.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Simplest way would be to piss off one of the four factions, get into one of the redemption missions and use instant kills to kill them all.

Annihilator

Description: Total number of Kills exceeded 1000.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Ten redemption missions in a row will do, piss of Ouka clan or Fujimori take the redemption mission then take the redemption mission of the other faction, just don't use instant kills or you'll end up with executioner.

Merchant

Description: Total amount of monetary transactions exceeded 10,000 Yen.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Over all shops except the blacksmiths spend at least 10,000 yen.

Slayer

Description: Total number of Kills exceeded 300.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Same as Annihilator but you only need 300.

Compassionate Samurai

Description: Total Number of defeats by Blunt Attacks exceeded 30.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Not hard to get, just use blunt attacks 30 doesn't take too long. Just kill one person to avoid Harmless Samurai.

Naughty Samurai

Description: Total number of people given a Shameful Slashes exceeded 100.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Yet another title that will drain your samurai points. I've done this most easily using the draw style sword basic attack and attacking from the side. Also the basic triangle attack on duel swords works as well.

Vegetarian

Description: Used only vegetables to restore health, and the rate of Vegetables Consumed reached 100%.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Eat a radish and leave Amana.

Riceaholic

Description: Total number of Rice Balls consumed exceeded 50.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: From the start select the 3rd option and start using rice balls. You can buy more from the store in Omiki, so just keep getting beat up and using rice balls until you get to 50.

Insomniac

Description: Cleared the game without sleeping.

Requires Ending: Yes

Tips to get: Just don't sleep. If you need time to pass in game either leave the game running, do some side mission to pass the time or simple quick travel between areas. 1 hour passes when you travel between the road and Omiki town.

Shy Samurai

Description: Cleared the game with less than 5 conversations.

Requires Ending: Yes

Tips to get: A conversation counts only when you start it by hitting X, most important thing about this is THAT IT INCLUDES SAVING! I got this with 4 conversations, one to join Ouka, one to join Fujimori one after Setsuen to allow me to do all his events, and finally I saved just in case the length of the game was under an hour.

Disturbed Samurai

Description: Total number of dead bodies kicked exceeded 150.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Kill someone and kill their corpse a lot.

Sword Artist

Description: Total number of weapons created exceeded 20.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: All you need is a single part to create weapons so I'd suggest going to the DLC shop, getting 20 dollar parts and create a bunch of worthless weapons.

Litterbug

Description: Total number of items and weapons discarded exceeded 50.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Fastest way is again at the DLC shop buy up 50 items and drop them in a very awesome scattering of items (if you drop all 50 at once).

Do remember you can't discard/ destroy items in the sword/ item safe they have to drop on the ground for this title.

Sword Maniac

Description: Total number of weapons appraised exceeded 15.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Sticks and Brooms can both be given the title "common" with no upgrades. If you take the redemption mission from Omiki town the farmers will have plenty of sticks for pickup, just bring Yukino as a partner so you can store up a bunch of them in the sword safe.

Workaholic

Description: Total number of successful jobs exceeded 20.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Easy to do, just keep doing jobs from any of the 4 job brokers.

Sorry Samurai

Description: Total number of times apologized exceeded 100.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: You don't have to be near anyone while doing this, just start a game and keep kissing the dirt and getting up until you have the title under your profile.

Dojo Conqueror

Description: Killed everyone in the Dojo.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: If you didn't know the Dojo is at the Guard Gate, it has 3 levels with 3 different people. Kill them all and leave Amana.

Troublemaker

Description: Total number of people kicked exceeded 100.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Do this on easy and just start kicking people with swords to avoid getting negative points until they go down. If you use blunt attacks you won't kill them so you can kick them again.

Collector

Description: Total number of items and weapons picked up exceeded 100.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: The total doesn't include any items that are always on the ground like the radish in the fields they have to come from dead people. Now you don't have to keep the items so the easiest way is do to a 100 kill mission and pick up everything they drop.

Again cause litterbug is above this title do remember don't drop more then 50 of those items. Yukino can be used to store up weapons to avoid the litterbug.

Angry Samurai

Description: Total number of objects destroyed exceeded 200.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Mumechika's place has a large amount of items to destroy so I suggest destroying everything there go to Kuchigahara and repeat till 200.

As well the house at the south end of the road has many things to destroy as well, all those little boxes can be destroyed.

Chatty Samurai

Description: Total number of conversations exceeded 250.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Like shy samurai a conversation counts when you hit X to start talking. Now this means that the conversation doesn't have to be completed but likely the fastest way is to find someone that just says one thing and talk to them many times.

Osei Lover

Description: Total number of collisions with Osei exceeded 50.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Just keep bumping into Osei till you get to 50.

Itsuse Lover

Description: Total number of collisions with Itsuse exceeded 50.

Requires Ending: Yes

Tips to get: Just one partner for this.

Legendary Samurai

Description: [Samurai Rank] exceeded 100%.

Samurai King

Description: [Samurai Rank] exceeded 90%.

Requires Ending: Likely

Tips to get: Ending 13 Got me this on hard.

Master

Description: [Samurai Rank] exceeded 80%.

Requires Ending: Likely

Tips to get: My endings 12 got me this, as well if you follow my guide for ending 4, instead of doing nothing at the end say "why should I...".

Teacher

Description: [Samurai Rank] exceeded 70%.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Ending 20 on hard got me this. Also doing ending 1 right at the end I got the teacher title, the only way to keep it was being killed though. Likely there are other events that can get you the 70% before the point of no return.

Apprentice

Description: [Samurai Rank] exceeded 60%.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: My ending 1 path will get you this right before the end.

Student

Description: [Samurai Rank] exceeded 50%.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Again ending 1 path. If you have the apprentice during the events at Minori Castle you can draw your sword against Genjuro using the R1 button to reduce your rank enough for this title.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Just like Student, my ending 1 path should let you get Trainee, by drawing on Genjuro and then Shinnosuke.

Tips to get: Start the game on instant kill, get rescued and leave Amana.

Newbie

Description: [Samurai Rank] exceeded 10%.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: Same as above, only on normal.

Nobody

Description: [Samurai Rank] exceeded 1%.

Requires Ending: No

Tips to get: On easy this time, rescue and leave for the final title.

Partners

Below are information on all 14 partners, how to get them and what they do with you and when they're at your house.

For all partners they will stay with you for 11 and a half hours from when they're 1st avaiable, so for Momiji she'll leave you at 21:30, Yukino at 5:30.

For affects at home there are events that rarely happen when you come home. So for example, Momiji increase safe money by 3% means that when you enter the door sometimes she'll say something and you'll get a message letting you know how much money you got from the event. With other events it let's you know what exactly happened, so if your partner has a negative event like stealing 3% of your safe money save before going home, reloaded should let something else happen, likely nothing.

If you want these events to happen more I hate to say but I can't be 100% sure on how to get them to happen. From my experience if I get a lot of kills it seems like I almost always get an event there after, but not always... so if anyone else thoughts on this do contact me.

Momiji

When available: 10:00 to 16:00

When you get her to appear you need to do a shameful slash on her before speaking with her. Once done speak with her and she'll become your partner.

Affect with you: She'll fight with you as well as let you purchase items from any merchant you've killed (but you can't get the money back so it's a little useless imo).

Affect at home: Thanks to Killre for his testing I've been told she uses items, can take 3% from the safe as well as add 3% to the safe and makes mushrooms in the morning (poisonous and non-poisonous), she can also break a random sword in your safe.

When you do get her to appear select "I'd like to protect you." and she'll become your partner.

Affect with you: Fights with her giant tuna as well she can give you items

Affect at home: Can increase the safe money by 3%, also can decease it by 3% and break swords and use/break items.

Cat Location

Below are locations where I've personally seen the cats at one point, some are rare and I'm pretty sure I'm missing some from Takatane and Amana but they refuse to appear elsewhere for me after many times coming in (or I'm just missing them...) so if you know of locations, again contact info is below.

Takatane

-Top of the large building just south of the river mid map
-Roof of the shop, western side
-Most north-western point near the fisherman that sometimes appears there
-Right near Misae
-Outside the entrance to Dojima's place
-I'm told by a few people that a cat will spawn inside Munechika's house, as you pass the archway look right (west), it'll be on top of a set of boxes

Omiki

-In front of the building in the north-western corner of the map
-On top of the lamppost just east of the bridge in the middle of the map
-On the house across from Oryo the job broker on the western awning

Amana

-To the left of the job broker Kiyonari on the ledge of the stairs
-To the east of the stairs that are south of the main building, right beside the well
-The building in the south-western corner of the castle grounds

Road

-Inside the main temple building in the middle
-At the south-western entrance to the temple grounds on the railing
-Outside the main temple on the rocks

Jobs Overview

In this section you will find details for all side jobs in the game. I've included the offical description from the job status, a basic idea of how far in the game you have to be to get the job and a general idea of how to complete it.

One thing I want to note right away is that if someone is related to your job that their name tag will be purple in colour so you'll always know if they part of the job or not.

For my when of all jobs it's a basic idea so early game is about 1-4 events, mid game is 5-8, mid-late is 9+ and late game missions are either right before the nobunaga event or after it. Now this isn't exact so if I say a mission happens late it still may happen after 6-7 events I just never saw it at that point. I've included this just so you don't keep doing jobs right away expecting to get something that's only going to happen later in the game.

As well some of the when's state being a redemption mission, this means you've pissed off that faction either by killing their members or wronging them in some way (like failing jobs repeatly). A redemption mission will normally piss off another faction, if you don't want to piss off a different faction I'd suggest paying 1000 yen to get back in their good graces.

Now when I'm description a location I've said wherever it's north, south, east or west on the map, I'm referring to the local map so north being up and so on.

Finally I want to mention in my how to, unless every time I've done a job the target has only been in 1-3 locations I've given an idea of how to search for your target instead of a massive list. This is mainly cause I did try to make a list for a few jobs and I felt that unless I make a picture of the area it's just to hard for me to give an accurate idea of where things are. If you have a good list you believe will work or other info as always please do contact me.

Elder Misae

Misae will be in Takatane, all her mission are about helping the people of Takatane.

Misae's Underwear!

Description: Find Misae's favorite underwear that she dropped somewhere in [Kuchihagahara]. It is inside her Furoshiki, a wrapped cloth. Find it and return it to Misae.

When: Her favorite mission to give you early to the end of the game, it would seem she can't help but keep losing her underwear....

How to: Basically when you go to Kuchihagahara you are looking for a small green-ish coloured bag on the ground. It appears in several area, I'd suggest start the search in the north end of the river, go down to the path to Amana and if you still can't find it follow the east side path up towards Minori Castle. It's always been near a wall for me.

When you find the item you have to get back, if you head directly to Takatane a crow will appear and steal the item if it makes contact with you. To avoid it you I generally need to go in a circle around it.

Alternatively you can just go to Amana or Minori and quick travel back to Takatane and not even worry about the crow.

Runaway Children!

Description: 3 children ran away from home after being scolded because of their recents pranks. Proceed to the [Guard Gate] and find the children.

When: Early game.

How to: I'm not very fond of this mission, as some of their locations can be rather annoying. There will be 2 boys and a girl, once you find them they'll follow you around.

From the entrance from the posting station I'd suggest going around counter-clockwise, look in the building to your right when you get in and go to the dojo. The island area can be a hiding location as well as just inside the dojo on the north-west wall. From there just keep looking at every wall, they can be hidden inside some of the greenery along the walls.

Ultimate they are always right up against something, mostly wall this mission can be really easy or really hard depending on where they end up.

When you find one of them talk to them and select the 1st option "Let's Go" and they're start to follow you around, and if they get close they tent to try to kick you, so just keep moving and find the rest of them.

Told an easy to miss hiding stop is the well behind the northern building, so consider searching there if you have 2/3 and can't find the third.

Punish the Food Thief!

Description: A Jumbo Radish grown with loving care by the villagers has been stolen. The thief is a man from [Omiki Town]. Use blunt Attacks to properly punish him.

When: Mid game.

How to: When you get to Omiki town all you have to do is find the guy and knock him out. His name will be "thief", he'll look like a normal villager. He walks around the area but seems to stick to the roads, so just wander around the area and you're sure to find him soon enough.

When you've found him I'd suggest a backattack with something strong to start, he'll start running away but never leaves the area so just keep hitting till he's down. Just remember if you kill him you fail the mission.

Are we there yet?

Description: Misae is not feeling so well today. Push her gently to her destination. Colliding with her 3 times will result in failure.

When: Mid game.

How to: This is annoying. She'll tell you where she wants to go and you have to slowly push her to where she wants to go. Not much to say on this one, just be patient and try not to bump her. Personally I rarely take this mission, it's just to much of a bother.

I also love the second you're done the mission she's perfectly fine to walk back to her normal position.

Village Girl Rescue Operation!

Description: Rescue the girl who's been kidnapped due to her father's debt to the bandits. The bandits can be found at the [Road].

When: Mid game.

How to: They're always in the southern area of the road near the house in my experience. Go there and you'll see a bunch of Ouka thugs asleep, if you're strong enough to one shot them or on IK you can take them out without anyone waking up, otherwise just kill away.

Once they're dead talk to the hostage (which will be Kana a partner the 1st time you do the mission) say you're there to rescue them and move closer to either exit and about at the point where the road forks east and west she'll say she's safe there when she's close to you to complete the mission.

Stop the War!

Description: A conflict between Fujimori and Ouka Clan has developed in [Kuchihagahara]. Suppress the fight or the tax collector will show no mercy.

When: Mid game.

How to: A simple fun mission where you go to Kuchihagahara and kill everyone of both sides. Now I'm not sure how to fail this mission... I've waited long enough for there to only be one side left alive, either way just run around until you find the group fighting and start killing.

Stop the Violence!

Description: The farmers have been suffering oppression from Fujimori Clan. 3 villagers, who couldn't stand the poverty, turned into thugs and headed for [Omiki Town]. Stop them at any cost.

When: Mid game.

How to: The 3 farmers will look like villagers, named "Violent villager". They will be all around Omiki, again generally against walls so just go around the area in a circle. I normally go down the main street checking every area they could hide and go up to where Oryo is then back down to find them.

When you speak with them you can either fight them or talk them down. I generally select the 2nd option in conversation, "Go back to your village" and they always go back, however you can kill them and to my knowledge there are no concequences for doing so.

Assassinate Lord Shuzen!

Description: Shuzen Fujimori has been oppressing the villagers with severe taxes. According to an informer, Lord Shuzen will be in [Omiki Town] tonight. Go there and kill him!

When: Late game.

How to: Your target will the in the south-western house 2nd floor, the name will be Syuzen a double of Shuzen. Even though your target isn't actually Shuzen you must kill Syuzen to succeed at this mission.

Misae's Challenge!

Description: Misae is challenging you to a duel! She'll have no regrets, whatever the results. Proceed to [Kuchihagahara] tonight.

When: 1st you must have max trust with Misae meaning after a job you get 600 yen. After the Nobunaga Event she should offer this mission.

How to: Misae will appear right in the middle of the area, so speak with her, agreed to end things and kill her. She should drop a golden egg, but more importantly the sword Ookuronama since only she carries it.

Can you Eliminate 100?

Description: A gang of outcasts arrived at the [Guard Gate] and they are plotting a crime against Amana. Go there and dispose them in order to win back the villagers' trust.

When: Redemption mission, before Nobunaga event.

How to: Go to the Guard Gate and get killing, they'll just keep coming.

Wave of Silver Blades!

Description: Eliminate 100 outcasts accused of trying to steal money from the villagers. Proceed to the [Guard Gate] and get rid of them all in order to win back the villagers' trust.

When: Redemption mission, after Nobunaga event.

How to: Go to the guard gate and get killing, they'll just keep coming.

Overseer Oryo

Oryo is in Omiki, her jobs are mostly about killing people for her or her town.

Oryo's Errand!

Description: Deliver a letter to Kiyonari's servant. The servant will be waiting outside [Castle Amana]. After delivering the letter, report back to Oryo.

When: 1st mission so early to late.

How to: I'd argue this is the easiest mission to complete, you just have to find the guy with the purple name Messenger. Talk to him and say "Yes, I have something for Kiyonari." and then collect your reward.

To find him from the Omiki entrance I go south towards the Kuchigarahara entrance if he's not there I loop around the castle, and be sure to check both sides of the road for him. He has been up the stairs along the castle's back entrance for me but never near the front entrance. He also will never be inside the castle.

Justice for All!

Description: A killer is slaying people for mere pleasure. Proceed to the [Road] and kill him. Show no mercy.

When: Early to late.

How to: Go to the road, when you find him he'll draw on you so be ready to fight. I've really only found him on the roads or at the southern house area. He'll be named killer with that purple job indicating name tag, so just kill him and go back to Oryo.

I never got it before GundamZaphon mentioned it, but there is a variation of this mission, and since he said it well I'll quote what he sent me:

Later on, she starts tossing you a curve-ball with this mission. Randomly, instead of the traditional Killer, whom is very much like the Suspicious Person, you'll find a farmer armed only with a Short Green Onion, named Killer. He's often hanging out inside the shrine area, and next to the building that Setsuen favors. Talking to him reveals a sob-story that is actually completely true. If you listen to him, you are given the option of paying him 500 Yen to leave in peace. However doing so causes you to fail the mission. If you knock him out with Blunt attacks, you are given a message to kill him. You are obligated to kill him in order to succeed in this mission. This job is a particular pain, in much the same way Joji's Shameful Fun! is. It means you are obligated to get a Hi Do in order to succeed, resulting in a deduction in Samurai Points later when you beat this current playthrough. If you've already unlocked everything, then there's no particular need to worry about this mission, as the Killer here is very weak and not very skilled.

The Hand of an Agent!

Description: Confront the man who broke an important promise with Omiki Town. He's at the [Guard Gate]. To solve this problem, perhaps you can buy off one of Fujimori's men.

When: Mid to late.

How to: The description says perhaps you can buy off one of fujimori men but really you have to buy him off. The guard's name will say Fujimori warrior, and like most missions finding him may be a pain since he appears all over guard gate. The only suggest I can give to find him is go along the walls, like most people he's normally right beside one.

Now that you found him you have to bribe him, so I do hope you have some money on you, as well as some radishes. I'd suggest just giving the 300 yen and a normal radish, as they're easily replaced and you can kill him to get your money back when he's done.

From there you just have to watch him do his thing, he'll go kill the guy and come back, again from there you can get your money back by killing him.

Silence the Big Mouth!

Description: A fujimori's minion has been bragging about his new wepaon. Proceed to [Castle Amana] and break his weapon as punishment.

When: Mid to late.

How to: He's well named Big Mouth and like the messenger in Oryo's errand he should just be somewhere outside the castle. When you find him speak to him and taunt him, eventually a fight will break out. The key to this mission is to keep defending, eventually his weapon will break from heat, and once it does you're done, you never have to hit him once.

I do want to mention never do this mission on IK chances are you're going to end up dead or just using far to many items for what you get from it... this is one of the missions I normally never take as I don't like waiting for his weapon to break, beyond just getting hurt.

Also you may need to turn auto parry off in the special settings of the options, since if you auto-block something it doesn't seem to generate heat on his weapon. You should only need to do this if you've matched a bunch of his moves.

The Big Boss!

Description: Bandits are making their home on the [Road]. Find their Boss and kill him!

When: Mid to late.

How to: The gang can appear in several locations on the road, however they are easy to find since it'll be a big group of Ouka thugs. The only one you need to kill is the big Ouka thug, named Boss.

Now if you injury the boss and then kill a minion the boss does heal, so either kill all minions 1st or just go for the boss, after the boss is dead the minions will flee in terror if they're still alive.

Beauty and the Beast!

Description: A village girl was kidnapped by a vicous outcast. Proceed to the old temple at the [Road] and punish him.

When: Mid game.

How to: He's always on the west side of the temple towards the north, the village girl you are to rescue will be above. His name will be vicous outcast, so speak to him or just attack him. Once killed you complete the mission, you don't have to help the hostage appearently.

Not that the 1st time you do this mission the partner Misaki will be the hostage so if you want her as a partner you need to do this 1st.

Clear the Way!

Description: A conflict between a group of outcasts and farmers has broken out at the [Guard Gate]. The fight is interfering with business. Proceed and stop the madness.

When: Mid-late game.

How to: The conflict won't be hard to stop, so just go in there and kill them all.

Pride Comes with a Price!

Description: There are 3 Killers in [Takatane Village] who are complaining about their pay for jobs assigned by Oryo. They're threatening to kill villagers and blame the townspeople. Get rid of them.

When: Mid-late game.

How to: There are be 3 Ronin somewhere in the village named Killer, you can speak with them if you want but you might as well just start by attacking them.

They can be all over the village, so I'd suggest starting by Dojima's place and slowly working your way towards the south end of the village. I've seen one in your character's house however they will never appear in other houses as you can do this at night (which may be a good idea).

Oryo's Interest!

Description: Oryo has shown interest in you. Proceed to [Kuchihagahara] at nightfall and find out her intentions.

When: 1st you must have max trust with Oryo meaning after a job you get 600 yen. After the Nobunaga Event she should offer this mission.

How to: Oryo will be due west of the north end save Biwa player on the small cliff. Speak with her before the fight so she'll drop a golden egg when she dies. After the fight be sure to pick up her weapon Biteikotsu as she's the only guarenteed person to have it.

Blood for False Accusations!

Description: You were falsely accused of stealing rice from the people of Omiki Town. Defeat 100 farmers in [Kuchihagahara], and get Oryo's help to regain their trust.

When: Redemption mission, before Nobunaga event.

How to: Go to the Kuchihagahara and get killing, they'll just keep coming.

Bloodshed in Kuchihagahara!

Description: 100 fed-up farmers are planning to rise in retaliation in Omiki Town. Before it starts, head down to [Kuchihagahara] and defeat them all. It's a test to regain trust from the townspeople.

When: Redemption mission, after Nobunaga event.

How to: Go to Kuchihagahara and get killing, they'll just keep coming.

Commander Kiyonari

Kiyonari works for Fujimori so is in Amana, his jobs are about "justice" even though he gets things wrong... and about perserve power for himself and his clan.

Samurai Punisher is Coming! (1)

Description: A notorious thief known for his pick pocketing is hiding at the [Road]. Find him and give him 10 beatings. Use blunt Attacks to make him renounce his crimes.

When: His 1st mission, so early.

How to: Basically you have to find the thief and using blunt attacks knock him out. His name when you get close to him will be criminal, and you can talk to him to let him know why you're there but I'd suggest attacking with something powerful to get you started. Just remember use blunt attacks!

He will run away and leave the area, if he leaves the area and you can't get him leave the area yourself, you won't fail and he'll respawn when you re-enter the road.

Now the big question many will ask is now to find him, normally he's either around the temple grounds or in the forest just south of the tranfer area to Amana Castle. I suggest starting from the forest just south of said entrance, if he isn't there go around the temple counter-clockwise making sure to look up, and across the river.

Don't waste too much time searching, if you can't find him leave the road and come back, I've found that some times no matter how much I search I can't find him but if I leave and come back and it takes no time to find him.

Baby Abduction!

Description: In order to rescue the kidnapped babies, you must fight the kidnappers who show up to receive ransom. Speak to Kiyonari regarding the meeting place.

When: Early.

How to: As the offical description say you find where to find the kidnappers from Kiyonari, so go there and knock them out. After you KO the ring leader one of two things happen, either the baby(s) just fly out of her as items or you need to speak with her to find the location of the baby.

If she gives you a location it can be a major pain to find the baby, I've found that the baby can be located just about anywhere in that area. The kid will be small wrapped in a blue blanket so normally when you see it you'll know it. I'd suggest doing a north/south or east/west search, like in Takatane I normally start in the north side and slowly work my way down south.

On a side note, I still love the ability to kick the baby to pick the kid up and that you're so skillful that you never seem to injury the kid.

Who's Who?

Description: Find the real thief among the 3 suspects in [Omiki Town]. Use blunt Attack to capture the crook. Ask Kiyonari about the characteristics of the thief.

When: Early.

How to: Kiyonari will give a characteristic of the person, something they do repeatly, like apoligizing for no reason. There will be 3 men walking around named "Suspect", all look the same with white and pink shirts. So just follow one at a time until he does what Kiyonari says he does and knock him out with blunt attacks.

A majority of the time it will be clear who the person you're after is though I don't suggest wasting time if you're not sure after following them all around, just KO one of them. If you remember to save before doing the mission you can re-load if you KO the wrong person while taking a random guess, as you do have a 1/3 chance of getting it right.

Ghost Sightings in Amana!

Description: A killer disguised as a ghost is murdering people at the [Guard Gate]. The identity of the killer is unknown. Wait until nightfall and eliminate the killer.

When: Mid game.

How to: This must be done at night as the description says, so 18:00 to 6:00 the next day. What you're looking for is a women who will be sitting looking at a wall. She has a purple outfit and the name will be Ghost?.

When you find her you need to fight her, if you use normal attacks when you kill her she will take you down to 1 health. So I highly suggest using blunt attacks that will simple make her vanish when defeated.

Samurai Punisher is Coming! (2)

Description: The ashigaru Sergeant of Fujimori Clan stole an important document and is currently on the run. Head to the [Road] where he's hiding and use blunt Attack to capture him.

When: Mid game.

How to: He's an armoured Fujimori guard named Ashigaru Sergeant, and personally I've only found him in 4 areas on the road: 1) At the southern most house, right behind the 3 barrel to the left of the house. 2) Just south of the exit to Minori. 3) Just north of the main temple building to the east side of the wall. Credit to GundamZaphon for the 4th, he also appears on the boat where the Fabled merchant opperates his shop.

Remember to knock him out not kill him when done report back, if you speak to Kiyonari again you can find out what "important" documents where stolen.
