The key to the code wheel is hidden somewhere in the pictures. I can't remember exactly what it is, but I think it's... a four and a something? lol That's as good as I can do. But look around the photos and you should find something.

First part: Pic of the Moon: There is a Satellite to the left of the moon slightly below center. Listen for the beeps and go off of them.
Second Part: Red Wheel thing: The best way to do it is from the center out. Make sure that the center wheel matches up with your first movable wheel and work at it from there. There is no correct turn wheel left 3x's and right 4x's just keep at it.
third Part: Armstrong on the moon: There is almost like a dry river bed that is down and to the left of him there is an Adam piece there. Again listen for beeps cant go wrong.

i just finished that one today. i hate those circle puzzles...
the puzzle is sort of like a bulls eye/target, with "spikes" going towards the centre. the spikes are thicker at the outside and get "sharper" or tapering towards the centre. the biggest spike (looking at the circle like the face of a clock) starts at about 8 o'clock. i worked from the outside in, and had to adjust a bit as some of the circles rotate together. but like MarcusTillby says, just keep at it. took about 10 mins of tinkering.
