I what to team up with a friend online in story mood.

there have been many requests for co-op in the previous installment and requests for co-op in BF:BC2. EA would be crazy to not include co-op after so many people have been looking forward to it. you can expect to see one

Aside from requests, I haven't heard ANYTHING about co-op, and with the game being this close to release, there likely isn't a co-op mode present.

I read that they might do a Co-OP later on. From a Dutch website that has yet to fail me

No. There is no co-op for story mode.
