Are the Psycho skills pack and Soldier Skills pack only for PS3 or are they for the Xbox also?
Someone told me that the ninja and sports fan packs were 360 exclusives and that the psycho and soldier skills packs were PS3 exclusives, I have the Xbox version with the ninja pack and I'm trying to get all 4

No they are for both systems and are pre order items only till they are sold for 2 dollars or 160 xbox points

Luckily for once this pre-order crap is not just the hey you bought it from the right store, cant wait till all four are able to be bought since each does help with gameplay a bit.

Yes and is free and now is aviable in bazar
i know when you download the ninja pack it doesnt allow you to wear the ninja costume. But do u still have the ninja skills like zombies ignore you and u got 1 boost to throw?
no it just allows you to play with people who have the skill pack online.
