Where can I find the keys to the hummer that in the casino?

I don't recall the name of the casino but the hummer is just in the entrance very conveniently waiting to be driven out. I WANT IT!

you have to buy the keys in the TINKERBOX-pawn shop for about 2mil if i remember the price correctly

update to my first answer the TINKERBOX-pawnshop is located in Silver strip right directly across the casino where the hummer is.
