Meet the family mission/knight helmit?

Hey everyone, iv been trying to do this for days now. I have the full knight outfit except the helm. Whenever i look for guides it always just says beat jack in ante up. I need help actually saving jack. Around what case does the " meet the family" mission show up. And where can i find him at? Any details on this would be helpfull. Thanks

The meet the family mission occurs around afternoon during the first day. Located in Paliside area inside the knife store.
