Do magazine effects stack?

Example - If I had Horror 1 (25% boost from killing zombies) and Horror 2 (25% boost from killing zombies) do they add up to give me a 50% boost?

I'm pretty sure they do. I always carry around two magazines that give me 10% decrease in prices at pawn shops and they actually do add up to 20% I've noticed. So I assume the same rule applies for any other magazine.
