Tape It Or Die Secret Achievement?

Okay, can anyone tell me exactly which one unlocks the Secret Achievement?

The one that requires us to rescue the 4 TIOD members or the one that we must combine Nectar and a Queen?

For the secret achievement, all you have to do is combine a Nectar juice and a Queen.
Then you will unlock a 'Wing Man' combo card and the Tape It Or DIE achievement (THE secret achievement)

Rescuing TIOD members are different. They are to collect combo cards from survivors and unlock Life Saver achievement.

All you have to do is combine two orange juices in a blender grab it but DON'T DRINK IT then around case 3 if you kill a host with a bee queen take the queen but DON'T KILL IT go to a combo room and combine the smoothie or whatever you call it and the queen be together to get the achievement if you are going to use it get a big crowd of zombies then unleash it and you will get so much pp for geeting it.
