Where can I find a step ladder?
It's the last weapon I need for the "Head Trauma" achievement and I can't find one. The strategy guide says to look in South Plaza, but I couldn't find one there. Any suggestions?

There's a step ladder in Alantica Casino near the Holy Arms poster.
