Rocket Launcher: Build the rocket launcher with the Lead Pipe+Fountain Firework.
Chainsaw: On the platform above the stage in Silver Strip, among many other places
LMG: Yucatan Casino, right next to the hidden Zombrex.
Giant Stuffed Rabbit: The first pawnshop you enter (During the 'One Man's Trash' mission very early in the game)
Wheelchair: Certain zombies push them; you're likely to find them near the entrance of most casinos
Various Spray Paints: These are all over the place; you shouldn't have too much trouble finding them.
