Where can I find nectar???

I just wanna unlock the secret achievement.

Are there any other requirements to getting this achievement? (ie do I have to past a certain Case, or have killed specific psychos?)

You can mix it from different drinks

but probably the easiest are:
orange juice + orange juice
milk + orange juice
beer + jelly beans
onion rings + orange juice
