How do you unlock online skins?

How do you unlock the different online costumes/skins for the predator class or the alien class, i beat all the campaigns and havent unlocked a different costume for either of the three classes.

You have to earn XP in ranked multiplayer matches, which causes you to rank up. On certain ranks, you will unlock a new skin.

Ranked matches will unlock most skins, however, there are some skins you can't unlock because you need to collect all the collectables in the campaign.

Alien-Royal Jelly
Marine-Audio tapes
Predetor-Champion belts

If you collect all of these, you will unlock a skin for one of these characters.

No no i was givin a special code by game stop for pre ordering the game. How or where do i enter that code?
