The only people datable on Love-Meet are "French Tom" (part of the mission "Out of the Closet"), "LawChick" (Kiki), and "SoBoHoe" (Carmen). Note that the latter two will only appear after completing the mission "Out of the Closet".

After clicking the "date" button you should receive an email sometime in the next few days with a scheduled time for the date. For LawChick and SoBoHoe, if the date goes well, you can ask for their number; if not, I'm pretty sure you'll have to wait a while before dating them again.

Carmen likes Perseus clothing (though Modo will do if you don't have the cash), and luxury/sports cars. Also, she likes it if you wear a different outfit to the second date than you did to the first. She enjoys being taken to bars and, surprisingly enough, strip clubs. Restaurants are OK for maintaining her fondness, but when you're trying to get her fondness up, she prefers bars and strip clubs. Once you get her fondness high enough, you can call her once per day for a quick health boost (though it sometimes doesn't work during missions).

Kiki likes Russian Shop clothing and mid-range cars. She likes luxury cars but not sports cars, and isn't as picky, car-wise, as Carmen. Venue-wise, she enjoys bowling, darts, pool, and cabaret/comedy shows (don't bother with food or bars). Once you get her fondness high enough, you can call her once per day to remove up to three wanted stars (it even works during missions).

There is also a third girl, Alex, who you meet via crap-list.net: click on "Women Seeking Men", scroll down and click "Party girl seeks man for NSA fun and blog material", then click the "Contact" link and wait for an email. Alex likes Perseus clothing, fancy sports cars, bowling, darts, pool and shows. Once you get her fondness high enough, you can call her to get a 50% discount at all clothing stores for the rest of the day.
