    This guide is meant to be a full playthrough of Shadow Complex in pursuit of
    the completionist achievement and one for the minimalist achievement. Also in
    this guide is the actual location of every item by item type.

    All firearms have unlimited ammo and may be reloaded by pressing Y. Any object
    that glows orange may be destroyed or manipulated with firearms.
    
    WSP40 Pistol - Small handgun, usually the first weapon acquired unless a
    player has found all of the 12 gold bars on a previous playthrough and has
    unlocked the gold guns.
    
    WSMP50 Compact - Light submachinegun, the second of the five weapons acquired.
    A step up from the pistol with a higher rate of fire and more bullet damage.
    
    WSM400A1 Carbine - Assault rifle, weapon number three of five and a huge step
    up in firepower. This gun fairs well against almost any enemy
    
    WSAR60 Coil Rifle - The second most powerful weapon in the game, on most
    difficulties it will take only a few shots to kill almost any normal enemy and
    can rip through bosses relatively quickly.
    
    Inertial Element - This is it, the big daddy of every weapon. This shotgun
    like weapon will tear through any enemy with relative ease, even bosses.
    
    ~~  Special Weapons/Items                                             [3.2]  ~~
    
    Grenade Launcher - Grenades can be set while crouching or shot normally. They
    explode after a few secons and can be used to interact with objects that glow
    green.
    
    Foam Gun - Shoots riot foam that freezes enemies for a few seconds, can be used
    to create platforms or interact with objects that glow purple.
    
    Rockets - Fires a rocket that will destroy most scenery items and kill enemies
    rather quickly. Used to interact with objects that glow red.
    
    Hook - A self propelled grappling hook, can rip the shields from heavy 
    Soldiers, rip drones from walls and allows Jason to hang wherever it hooks.
    
    Gold Guns - Not technically a separate power but acquiring all of the gold bars
    in a playthrough will unlock a room in the same room as the pistol that 
    contains golden versions of every gun. These guns provide some increased
    experience and allow you to get power weapons early, use them if you have them.
    
    Flashlight - Provides light and shows objects that can be interacted with.
    
    Climbing Gear - Allows Jason to grab onto ledges and grip walls temporarily
    for a wall jump.
    
    CLD Thrust Pack - The first piece of the Omega Armor XOS-7, allows Jason to
    jump a second time in midair by pressing A a second time.
    
    Fusion Body Armor - Found at the same time as the CLD Thrust Pack, this armor
    reduces damage by 10%, increased effectiveness added with Armor Packs.
    
    SCHCA Mask - Gives underwater breathing, period. After acquiring this Jason
    can no longer die from staying in the water too long.
    
    Omega Armor XOS-7 - Decreases damage by 30%, if you're going for all of the
    items then by the time you acquire this you should have enough health where
    you should be able run through swaths of enemies with ease.
    
    Friction Dampener - Enables the use of Hyperspeed by holding X and running for
    5 seconds. Jason will run until his momentum is stopped by something. He will
    run on walls and can destroy anything that glows blue while in Hyperspeed.
    
    Thrust Boots - You thought double jumping was cool? Well here's to TRIPLE
    JUMP. These boots enable a third jump (technically second as using it has the
    boots go off for the second jump then the pack for the third) activated the
    same as the jump from the thrust pack.
    
    Fusion Helmet - Enables a shield generator that works if Jason is moving
    slowly or standing still. You need to collect all 12 keycards to get it but
    while it is active nothing but instant kill effects can harm you. Great item,
    but albiet useless by the time its acquired.

    ~~  Preface                                                          [4.01]  ~~
    
    This walkthrough will assume that the player is just starting out a new
    playthrough and is level 1-19. Reason being is that at level 20 you acquire
    the full map upgrade and now have the locations of every item (save for a few
    that are hidden by save room icons). If you are higher than this then this
    walkthrough will only serve as a semi-efficient path to get all the items
    while playing through the story. If you aren't just starting out then I
    suggest you refer to the Item Locations section for that, you should be able
    to find from that what items you have and what you don't. Provided you are at
    least level 20 of course. After each section will be an item checklist bit
    before the next section. This is to show you what you should have obtained so
    far as far as health, armor, grenades, foam, etc at the end of the current   
    section, and whether or not there were any new key items obtained in this
    section.
    
    ~~  Introduction                                                     [4.02]  ~~
    
    This section is a primer for future gameplay. After a short cutscene you take
    control of Colonel Sam Dallas. Clad in almost full Omega Armor with almost
    every weapon and item you can acquire over the course of the game. Get out to
    the street and dispose of the Restoration Soldiers attacking the Vice
    President before the arrival of the US-60 MH Black Falcon helicopter. On most
    every difficulty it can be disposed of by simply hitting it with two rockets.
    After another short cutscene and the death of the Vice President, the mission
    ends.
    
    ~~  Chinnereth Reservoir                                             [4.03]  ~~
    
    After a short pause we find ourselves introduced to two new characters, Jason
    Flemming and his new girlfriend Claire Duncan. Jason is who you will be
    controlling for the rest of the game. After Claire tells you to follow her
    down into the caves and you get control of Jason again you will acquire the
    flashlight. This is one of your most important items as it shows what item you
    need to get through certain doors and obstacles. Orange is for guns, green for
    grenades, purple for foam, red for rockets, and blue for friction dampeners.
    For now head down the fairly linear path until you reach a cutscene and
    acquire the Climbing Gear. You now have the ability to wall jump and hang off
    of ledges. Backtrack one map cell right and jump left towards the ledge by the
    waterfall.
    
    Continue left until you reach a gap with a metal floor on both sides. Jump it
    and continue leftward, dropping down the hatch by the locked door. The hatch
    will close behind you and you will see Claire being taken inside by a group of
    two Restoration Soldiers. In this little area is a grenade hatch but we do not
    have grenades yet so don't worry about it now. Climb out of the area and into
    the door.
    
    There are health kits in this room and if you are beyond level 10 and have the
    extra 100 health you will be healed up to full health. In the next room there
    is a map terminal that you will automatically use and have a bit of your map
    filled in along with a blue line snaking through it. This line shows the path
    to your current story objective. Head through the door at the end, taking care
    to avoid the path of the camera above you. If you get caught in it and the
    door locks then just get out of the path of the camera and wait for the door
    to unlock again, running through when it pans down the hall.
    
    After getting through head down the stairs, then down two ladders and through
    the door to your left. Jump into the vents and continue through them until you
    come out in a room. In this room if you have gotten all 12 gold bars will be
    the door to the gold guns. If you have them grab your weapon of choice and
    then move over to the console. After the cutscene you will acquire the WSP40
    Pistol. (WSP40)

    ~~  Find Claire                                                      [4.04]  ~~
    
    After acquiring the pistol dispose of the turret by the door. This will unlock
    a room off in the southeast. For now though head back into the ducts and shoot
    out the gun hatch that you passed on your way into this room for a health
    upgrade. (HU1)
    
    Drop back down to where you entered the ducts before getting the pistol and
    head up the ladder. There are two gun hatches at the far end of this room,
    both of which lead into the next room so pick one and go in. After clearing
    the room there are more gun hatches on the floor of this room, shoot the one
    on the right and drop down. Right next to you will be a passkey. (PC1)
    
    Get back into the main room and head right into the next corridor. There are
    two paths in this next room, one going up and one going right. Grab the map
    terminal just under the ladder and head up into your first save room. These
    rooms will allow you to refill ammo on special weapons, save and heal. Go back
    through the lower path and melee the Soldier standing at the edge of the water
    and shoot the one on the other side. Ignore the map cells below you under the
    water as both of them require rockets to do anything with. On the other side
    of the water. The room to your right only has a Soldier, a Bomba and two doors
    that we cannot access at the moment. So forget about them for now unless you
    want the map completion and enemy kills for more experience and take the upper
    path.
    
    Climb up this next area, there are a few Bomba's and a Soldier in here so
    dispose of them and climb the ladder at the end of the area. There is a
    grenade pack just above where you exited this ladder but alas we need grenades
    to get it. So head through the door and pick up the health upgrade that is
    just sitting in the middle of the floor for you. (HU2)
    
    Walk out of the door and kill the Soldier on the edge of the ledge then the
    one on the ledge below. Then drop down to the bottom of this shaft and walk
    left. Jump into the vents above the grenade door here and kill the Bomba
    before dropping down and picking up your first grenade pack. (GP1)

    ~~  Get to the Chopper!!                                             [4.05]  ~~
    
    After getting your grenades lob one back behind the crates here and jump down
    behind it. Crouch down and walk left and you should end up in a shaft going
    upward. At the top of it there is a passkey. (PC2)
    
    Destroy the grenade door to your right and make your way out for your first
    encounter with the WSA2 Tarantula IFV. In this fight you have to lob grenades
    to get them to explode under the Tarantula. After a while you will kill it and
    you will be able to climb back up the shaft you fell down to get down here.
    
    Kill the Soldier that pops out of the top of the Tarantula and climb all the
    way back up the shaft rather than destroying the grenade door. Then head left
    back to where the ladder drops down after the SAVE ROOM. Lob a grenade up onto
    the ledge to destroy the rocks and climb up, inside is a grenade pack. (GP2)
    
    Destroy the rocks on the other side of the grenade pack and you will come out
    just where you entered the cavern with the Complex a while ago. Start making
    your way back to the entrance of the Complex, drop down into the room where
    you watched Claire getting led into the complex before and destroy the grenade
    hatch. Drop down and walk left for another grenade pack. (GP3)
    
    Head back inside the Shadow Complex and make your way back to the first map
    terminal you encountered. There is a gun hatch just above the crate at the top
    of the stairs. Shoot it out and jump up inside. Climb through the duct for a
    gold bar. (GB1)
    
    Head back through the Complex to where you fought the Tarantula and destroy
    the grenade door. Head through the corridor and kill the Soldiers within. You
    won't be able to go straight to the right until you acquire the foam so go up
    to the top level and through the door. There's a grenade pack (GP4) just above
    the entrance to the outdoor area. The way to get to it is you have to crawl
    under the rocks to the right and then jump onto the ledge. Move to the left
    and jump across the gap to pick it up.
    
    Go back to the first ledge and head right rather than left. After climbing up
    both ledges and destroy the rocks and drop down. Walk to the left and drop
    down. Move through the water here, making sure to take a breath if you need to
    so as not to die of suffocation. After jumping out on the other side walljump
    up the shaft. Kill the Soldier on the top and climb up the ledge to the right.
    Head into the save room and then jump back across the gap and into the next
    room to the right.
    
    Once you get out onto the bridge there will be a cutscene of Claire being
    loaded into a helicopter and you will be introduced to your next boss battle;
    the WSA3 Devastator.
    
    Kill the two Soldiers once the battle starts and then shoot out the gun hatch
    just behind you. Drop down and to the left for another grenade pack (GP5) and
    go to the right. Climb up the ladder here and you'll get a very good shot at
    the Devastator's ventilation system in the back for some extra damage. Hang
    off of the edge of where the shaft comes out of the ground and shoot upward
    for some better protection from the Devastator's attacks and it should go down
    fairly quickly.

    ~~  Find Dr. Sweet's Lab                                             [4.06]  ~~
    
    After the Devastator has been disposed of it's time to find out where Claire
    went. Jump up onto the rocks to the right of the exit to the shaft and jump up
    to the ledge above. Climb up the ladders and kill the Soldiers at the top and
    start making your way right. Kill a few more Soldiers and drop down onto what
    looks like a dock. Rather than head out onto the water head to the left until
    you come to a small water filled cavern. Swim through it and kill the Bomba on
    the ceiling and pick up the health upgrade that sits at the edge of the wall.

    Get back out of the water and start heading across the lake. Once you get to
    the house at the middle of the lake dive down just before the shore and pick
    up a grenade pack sitting on an underwater platform. (GP6)
    
    Inside the cabin is some health and ammo for your grenades so before heading
    across the rest of the lake grab them. After you make it to the other side
    providing the gunship circling overhead doesn't tear you a new one walk right
    until you drop down a cavern at the bottom there's a locked door to your left
    and a save room to the right. Drop into the save room real quick to replenish
    ammo and health before going back out to the room you were just in.
    
    There's a small crawl space under the locked door, but shoot inside it first
    because there's a gun hatch in here that you wont be able to see. On the other
    side you'll have to kill three more Soldiers and then climb up a ladder to the
    right. At the top of this ladder you'll find the WSMP50 Compact. (WSMP50)
    
    Get back into the save room from before and go through the door to the right.
    Kill the Soldier inside and climb up the ladder. Inside this next room there
    are quite a few enemies so be ready for a fight. After disposing of about 7
    Soldiers and another Devastator head up to the top right hand corner of this
    room and pick up the grenade pack on the platform. (GP7)
    
    Continue right and kill the two Soldiers in the next room. Don't worry about
    the ladder leading upwards as there isn't anything up there that we can get as
    of yet. So drop down and deal with another two Soldiers and get into the
    elevator. Go down the elevator and get off on the right. There's a Soldier
    here so dispatch him and then head left after replenishing your health. There
    are 3 turrets and a camera to get rid of in this next room, after you do head
    into the now open room to your left for a cutscene.

    You have to find something to get you and Claire out of the Shadow Complex
    now. Head out to the right and drop down the gun hatch. Continue down the
    ladder and off to the right before dropping down another gun hatch into the
    water. Get onto the turret at the edge of the water and clear the room. After
    doing so stop off at the save room and shoot out the gun hatch at the far end
    of the room and drop down for a grenade pack. (GP8)
    
    Now head back out of the room and blast open the grenade hatch and drop down
    below. After you get into the water head to the right. There's nothing in the
    sections to the left that we can get right now. After dropping down into the
    water below, dive for a gold bar. (GB2)
    
    In the next room to your left, drop down the first chance you get and continue
    below the people at the top of the room. Climb up the ladder then onto the top
    of the elevator and ride it to the top. There's nothing to the right because
    we don't have the Friction Dampeners yet so drop off to the left and go through
    this corridor. There are three Bomba's here so dispose of them however you wish
    just watch out for the Foam Bomba at the end because it can freeze you for
    several seconds and is a little bit of an annoyance.
    
    Drop down the canyon here and walk right into the save room then right out of
    the next door. Kill the Soldier that inhabits this room and latch onto the
    ledge at the far right of the room. Jump back towards the ledge on the left for
    a grenade pack. (GP9) 
    
    Go out of the save room to the left and get on the elevator and start making
    you way up. About midway you'll see a set of pipes with a ledge you can grab
    onto, jump over there. Climb through the crawl space and destroy the boxes on
    the platform to your right and jump up for another grenade pack. (GP10)
    
    By now the elevator should have gone down behind you so jump back into the
    shaft and either walljump up or drop down onto the elevator and ride up. Either
    way you will get to a vent at the top of the shaft that you will have to crawl
    inside. Do so and kill the Soldiers in this next room and climb up into the
    next room. Kill the Heavy, the Soldier and the Bomba in here and get into the
    duct at the end of the room on your left. You will climb past a few rooms with
    Soldiers in them before dropping down into a save room. Kill the Soldiers in
    the next rooms then drop down and kill a few more. After you're out of the
    rooms here and you've made it into the stairwell go down and destroy the
    grenade door. Go into the next room to obtain the WSM400A1 Carbine. (WSM400A1)
    
    There are lots of enemies in this next corridor for you to try out your new toy
    on so go to town. After killing this group head through the next stairwell and
    destroy the turrets at the top before heading into the elevator and down into
    the save room on the left. This room has a full health refill in it so remember
    to come back here if you're in need of some healing and are in the area. Kill
    the Soldiers in the next two rooms before heading into the large room and
    disposing of the opposition here and in the next room. 
    
    You should come out in a room with a pipe up above you. There's something up
    there but you can't quite jump up to that yet so continue left go throught the
    door and hit the map terminal then go through the next room into a save room.
    Shoot out the gun hatch here and climb through the ducts for a grenade pack.

    Now go back right out the door and drop down the hole then hit the valve. Go  
    back to the pipe above and wait for the water to rise. There's a Soldier and a 
    Bomba in this little area so kill them and climb up to the right, through the
    ducts for a grenade pack. (GP12)
    
    Now head back down to where you killed the Bomba and climb into the ducts on
    the right. Up in the area at the top of this room is another two Bombas and
    another valve. Turn that valve on and the water from before will drain. Drop
    back down into the area with the first valve and turn it back on. This time
    wait for the water to fill the room you are in and push the panel of the
    ceiling at the end up for another grenade pack. (GP13)
    
    Swim quickly back out of the room and straight up from where you dropped in and
    climb up the ladder to your right. Bomb the grenade door at the top of the
    incline here and get into the room. Drop a grenade into the vent in front of
    you when the Heavy is closest to the vent on the wall to kill him quickly. In
    the next room after you clear it head over to the far wall and drop behind the
    crates here for another grenade pack. (GP14)
    
    Shoot out the gun hatch on the ceiling and get into the vents above. Climb out
    and past the excavating claw into a save room then get into the claw and hit
    the lever to the right. As the claw descends jump out to the left and go
    through the crawl space for another grenade pack. (GP15) Then drop down onto
    the tracks and head all the way right, under the platform for another grenade
    pack. (GP16)
    
    Run all the way right along the tracks and drop down into the water. Swim down
    and to the left into a small cavern with a passkey inside. (PC3) Then climb
    back out and make your way back to the platform where you found grenade pack 15
    and activate the switches to get a car rolling down the tracks. When it jumps
    across the gap jump out of it and get onto the ledge on the other side. 
    
    Clear the next room and drop down the grenade hatch at the left edge. You have
    to be careful in this next area, only moving when there is a guard walking
    through the beams as they will go away as they pass. After making your way
    through this room stop off at the save room over the gap and then drop in to
    get a cutscene and acquire the Fusion Body Armor (FBA) and the CLD Thrust Pack
    (CLD).

    Jump out of the area the way you came and stop off at the save room again.
    there's a bit of ledge towards the roof off to your right so double jump up
    there and climb through the cave into an open room with a few Soldier's in it.
    Kill them and claim your prize, a grenade pack. (GP17) 
    
    After getting the grenade pack destroy the crate at the wall to your right and
    make your way through back into the room that you found yourself in before the
    ducts and the lasers. Walk right and you will come to the edge where you first
    jumped across in the cart. There should be a little bit in the wall that you
    should now be able to double jump up to. Through a combination of double jumps
    and walljumps you should be able to make it up to the very top right of this
    area where you will find a small crawl space with a grenade pack inside. (GP18)
    
    Drop down until you see the first ledge on your right and get onto the floor
    here. Jump up onto the wall above the corridor entrance and then double jump
    off to the left. If you did it correctly you should latch onto the ledge. Climb
    up for a health upgrade. (HU4)
    
    Follow the blue line through the caves here until you come upon a section with
    a ladder going across the ceiling. Kill the Soldiers here and stop off in the
    save room then go down and into the room right. Kill the Soldier in this room
    and head through the next into a save room.
    
    In this next room you have to shoot out the pipes when the water level gets to
    a certain point. Do this until you get to the top of the room and jump up
    through the hole in the ceiling. Kill the Soldiers and move up the stairs to
    the right in the next room. Then after going through the door you will notice a
    fairly obvious path downward but there is also a not so obvious path up
    throught the ducts. Take this path for a grenade pack. (GP19)
    
    Now drop down and take the obvious path through the lower ducts. This path
    should let out near a set of stairs. Climb up these and into the duct at the
    top left. Drop down inside for a grenade pack. (GP20)
    
    Head over to the ductwork on the right and shoot out the gun hatch. Drop down
    in the next area and dispatch the Soldiers in this room. After they've been
    taken care of jump up onto the light fixtures and then up onto the ledge to the
    right. Drop down the duct here and pick up your first armor upgrade. (AU1)
    
    Jump over to the right, shooting out the duct over the door here and heading
    into the vents. Drop out and then drop down the elevator shaft here. In the
    next room you will encounter another WSA2 Tarantula IFV. Run all the way across
    this area and crawl under the wall for a gold bar. (GB3)
    
    To dispose of this Tarantula you will need to fill this room with water just
    like the previous room with pipes like these. Only difference is you need to do
    it by forcing the Tarantula to shoot them with its missiles. 
    
    After dealing with the Tarantula jump up through the hole in the ceiling and
    dispatch the Bomba in the room before heading through the door to your left.
    Kill the Soldiers and the Bombas in this room and then you can either shoot out
    the duct at the top left, or take the water path down below. Whichever you
    chose you will find yourself next to a save room. Head left then kill the two
    Soldiers and drop down into the water. Swim along the channel here and destroy
    the grenade door at the end, killing the turrets and the camera if you need to.
    In this room you will find the SCHCA Mask and you will never again need to
    worry about drowning in the game. (SCHCA) Before heading out jump over the case 
    with the masks and drop into the water. Swim under the wall here for a passkey.

    Head back through to the grenade door if you didn't already blow it up getting
    in here and drop down. Swim through the water back into the previous room. Go
    back through the room you fought the Tarantula in and up through the elevator
    shaft. The rooms that you passed over through the ducts should now be open.
    Head through them and kill the Heavy on the other side of the very end door.
    Jump down into the water and head to your right through the doors that have now
    opened. Backtrack through the areas that have now been flooded until you reach
    the save room just before the first room you flooded with the pipes. 
    
    Head through the save room here and then out through the end of the water area.
    Take care of the Soldiers in here and make your way to the next room. After a 
    few more Soldiers head up and stop off at the save room above to refuel and
    restock before heading down through the broken floor. Head back to the flooded
    area after the rail tracks and swim down through the water.
    
    The path through the water is fairly linear so go through killing the enemies
    that reside within and climb out of the water. Destroy the Bomba on the wall
    and get into the ducts at the top right. Crawl through the space between the
    pipes here. Once you come out the door will lock behind you meaning you're
    stuck in the factory for the time being. 
    
    Either way kill the Soldiers and the Foam Bomba in here and grab onto the
    moving bit of ladder. Jump off when it gets to the other side and boost up to
    get onto the ladder at the far right. Climb up and destroy the grenade hatch
    for a grenade pack. (GP21)
    
    Go through the next few rooms until you come across a cutscene and you now
    recieve the objective to stop the factory. So head out onto the factory floor
    and make your way over to the far left edge, Killing the Soldiers along the way
    Destroy the grenade hatch and drop down onto the conveyor. Crouch down twice to
    get through the low sections but make sure to jump up to the ladder after the
    second because the area after is fatal no matter how much health you have left.
    
    Go up the ladders and get off on the first platform to your left after
    disposing of the Soldiers here. Through this door and down the ladder is a gold
    bar but be careful, the area below is fatal. (GB4) So long as you're careful
    that area will be not too hard and you can head up and out after claiming your
    prize.
    
    Stop off at the save room up top and at the right there's a grenade hatch to  
    destroy. Go through the ducts and get onto one of the boxes, killing the
    Soldiers along the way. Jump off when you get over to the far right edge before
    the box goes through the red radiation area or you will die. Once on the
    platform head through the door and over the boxes into a save room. 
    
    After hitting the save room climb up the ladder and go through the ducts to
    your left. Clear the next room then crouch under the platform to your left.
    Kill the Bomba inside of this area then destroy the grenade hatch and continue
    through the duct and past a gun hatch for a grenade pack (GP22)
    
    Head back out of this room then through the door left and clear this room. Head
    up and left then drop down the first ladder you see and go through the grenade
    door at the bottom for a passkey. (PC5) Go up to the upper level and dispose of 
    the Soldiers up here, heading all the way left and through the grenade door for
    another grenade pack. (GP23)
    
    AFter that is taken care of drop down to where the ladder that led to passkey 5
    let out and head all the way left into a save room. Shoot out the gun hatch at
    the top of the room and make your way into the ducts. Up above there are vents
    that will spew fire every second or so, be careful of the timing and move
    through shooting out the gun hatch above the last one and climbing through. 
    
    Kill the Soldiers in here and make your way down into the large room to your
    left. Drop off and stop at the save room on your way down. After hitting the
    ground in this room head left, jumping over the gap and into the door. If you
    get noticed in this room the door you need to go through will be locked so if
    you do make your way over to the rocket turret and dispatch the enemies in here
    and once all of them are pushing daisies the door will reopen. 
    
    Before heading down the ladder go over to the far left side of the room and
    through the door there. Shoot out the grenade door at the left end of the room
    for a grenade pack. (GP24) Then head out and go back to the door then down the
    ladder and shoot out the gun hatch about halfway down. Inside is a gold bar.

    Drop all the way down into the next room and take the upper path through the
    Soldiers and into a storage room. At the back of the room there is a duct above
    a foam door, shoot it out and climb inside for a health upgrade. (HU5)
    
    After getting the health upgrade head back out to the conveyor and once you get
    past the boxes coming out shoot out the duct and climb inside. There's one
    Soldier in the next room so kill him and drop down the shaft and hit the save
    room. Carefully make your way through the room to your left and kill the two
    Soldiers after and pick up your first foam pack. (FP1)
    
    Just before the area you got the first foam pack from there is a foam door,
    shoot it out and inside is another foam pack. (FP2)
    
    Shoot the foam inside of the six exhaust vents on the piledrivers and they'll
    shut down. After you get all six the factory will be rendered inoperable and
    you can go back to hunting for the Omega Armor.

    Now that that is settled, get back to the save room and shoot out the scanner
    on the foam door to the right. It should open and you should be able to drop
    down into a storage area. Kill the Zipline Soldier here and start heading
    right, jumping up between the shelving units and shooting out the gun hatch
    before climbing up. Kill the Soldiers in this room and use foam to stop the
    moving platform up towards the top and drop a grenade. The resulting explosion
    should destroy the grenade hatch and you should be able to jump out. Foam the
    door to your left and head inside for a foam pack. (FP3)
    
    Head out to the right and head up to the save room above. There's another foam
    door in this room so take it out and head into the next room. There is a ladder
    that leads up in this room and at the top is another foam pack. (FP4)
    
    Go left through the foam door and be careful of the next room as the water is
    electrified. Go through the next room and then start making your way up the
    main shaft of this room. use the foam to stop the moving platforms if you need
    to then foam the door up top. Destroy the Bomba and then drop down into the
    vent and move right. Foam the top section of the vent at the far right end and
    jump up for another foam pack. (FP5)
    
    Go throught he left end of the vent and through the next room then up the wall
    of the room after. Stop off in the save room to restock then up the ladder and
    through the door. Climb up to the upper door and go inside, there is a gun
    hatch inside that contains a passkey. (PC6)
    
    Now go back out and drop down to the bottom floor. Jump between the platforms  
    kill the heavy at the other end before climbing up and going out through the
    door. 
    
    In this next room you'll have another run in with the WSA2 Tarantula IFV. Just
    like the first time you want to lob grenades under it until it falls and watch
    out for its guns. All in all not a very challenging fight.
    
    Stop off at the save room to the left after killing the Tarantula and stock up
    then head back out and take the upper right hand door. Head inside and kill the
    Soldiers in the next room then jump up and to the left. Inside the crawl space
    in here is another grenade pack. (GP25)
    
    Make your way the rest of the way up through the door. Use grenades to drop the
    boxes into the holes and kill the Soldiers before moving on. Crawl through the
    vents and make your way up the shaft and into the next room. Go up the ladder
    and out to the outside. 
    
    Kill the Heavy on the next pier, on the other side there is another WSA3
    Devastator you need to take care of. After doing so climb up over the rocks and
    kill another Heavy and start making your way out over the water. Once you get
    to the reservoir jump up and get inside the crawl space before diving into the
    water on the other side. Go down and to the right and use grenades to get rid
    of the door and swim inside. Swim up and climb out of the water at the bit of
    wall with the downward pointing arrow and drop down the other side. Use foam to
    stop the propeller from turning and then drop into the water and swim around
    it. Jump out the other side and climb up the ladder. After coming out on the
    other side jump over the box above you and on the other side is a gold bar.

    After walking outside and jumping up top dispose of the Soldiers then use the
    foam turret to take out the helicopter. Once the helicopter's gone go up to the
    wrecked building, down the elevator and to the left. Drop all the way down in
    the next room and hit the console on the left to deactivate the barriers near
    the elevator. Go back to them and head right to obtain the Omega Armor XOS-7.

    After acquiring the armor you now need to go back down to the area where you
    used the console to open the door to the Omega Armor. On your way down you'll
    run into a few more enemies so kill them and get down to the bottom. Through
    the door to your right there will be another group of Soldiers to get rid of.
    Once you do that go right through the next door and drop down onto the floor
    below you and go left into the save room then right into the open circular door
    after dealing with the Soldiers in the room. At the end of this corridor you
    will have a run in with a Soldier wearing the Omega Armor XOS-1. Whatever you
    do, do NOT let this guy up next to you. His punch attack will kill you every
    time. So stay at a distance, shooting him with your M400 and grenades. Don't
    bother with the foam gun, it's pretty much useless to you. After a while this
    beast will fall and the hatch to the lower area will open.
    
    Drop down and head left through a save room then continue left and jump onto
    the ledge at the left end of the wall here. There is a grenade hatch to shoot
    out so do so and kill all of the Soldiers in the next room. All the way at the
    left you should find the Friction Dampeners. (FD)
    
    These spiffy little leg attachments give you the ability to run at super speeds
    after you have been running for a few seconds. Give it a try and bust through
    the boxes at the right end of this area. Note that any enemies that you run
    through while in the hyperspeed mode instantly die. At the right end of this
    area jump up and kill the Soldiers and the turrets that block your path but
    before going to lower the bridge here jump into the water and dive down to the
    bottom left. Drop a grenade here and swim inside for a foam pack. (FP6)
    
    Climb up to the platform above the bridge and shoot out the grenade hatch here.
    Drop down past the gun hatch on the other side and hit the switch. This will
    lower the bridge on the other side. "Why am I doing this?" You may ask. Well
    the answer's simple, the only way to make it through the room to your right is
    to be going at hyperspeed so that you can overcome the wind tunnel.
    
    After making it through the wind tunnel, make your way up the next room into
    the ducts at the top right. Drop down and after clearing this room you need to
    somehow get up to hyperspeed running to the right to destroy the boxes there
    and make it back into the next chamber. Take the upper right door of this
    chamber and start making your way through like you did when you were going to
    get the armor but instead of sliding under the vents you need to go through the
    blue screens above them. so make sure the crates are down across the path and
    run from the previous room straight through and jump just before you get to the
    wall. You should run right through and pick up a gold bar. (GB7)
    
    Clear the next room and make your way down the right side and down through the
    gun hatch into a save room. Head right through the next room for a battle with
    yet another XOS-1 Soldier. 
    
    After dealing with him drop through the gun hatch at the end of the room and
    stop off at the gun rack at the left for a WSAR60 Coil Rifle. (WSAR60) Then
    through the room next door and destroy the box under the platform for a gold
    bar. (GB8)
    
    Go through the foam door at the end of the room and then jump over the gap in
    the top and shoot the other foam door and up the ladder for a foam pack. (FP7)
    
    Now go down the hole you jumped over and you will find yourself back in the
    beginning portion of the Complex. Time for some collecting. Go down through the
    Complex as if you were heading towards where you fought your first Tarantula
    but instead of taking the upper path after the water section, go through the
    lower door to the right. Kill the Soldier and the Bomba in here and shoot out
    the foam door. By now you should have enough foam where this should work. 
    
    While you're directly under the vent that you need to climb up to get to this
    item, shoot a few foam shots. You'll notice that the foam will hit the previous 
    shot and huild off of itself. This is a technique called a 'Foam Tower' anyway,
    build up your tower until it comes to about the edge of the vent. From here you
    should be able to double jump while facing left and grab the top of the ledge
    to get the foam pack. (FP8)
    
    Go back out to the main door of the Complex and double jump up to the ledge
    just outside of the door. Destroy the rocks at the right edge for an armor
    upgrade. (AU2)
    
    Head along the surface above the Shadow Complex until you reach a save room
    that the door is at the surface. Double jump up above the door and get onto the
    ledge above. Under a small outcropping is an armor upgrade. (AU3)
    
    Climb up over the wall here and jump across the gap. Climb up and around and
    drop down for a a foam pack (FP9) and then climb over the rock wall here and
    drop under the outcropping here for another foam pack. (FP10)
    
    Get back over to where the save room was and drop down the gap to the left. Go
    through the room to your right and climb up and go through the door. Crawl
    under the rocks there and shoot the foam door at the bottom and go through the
    duct for a foam pack. (FP11)
    
    Now go back to the previous room and take the foam door instead. Go through the
    pipes here and drop down to the second large ledge on the right. Go right then
    up once the path allows you to do so. To the left through a foam door in the
    ceiling is a foam pack. (FP12)
    
    Get back out to the valley floor and start making your way over to the right
    edge of the map. One cell before the ladder leading down into the Complex at
    the far right end drop down to the bottom and walk into the cave at the right
    for another foam pack. (FP13)
    
    Double jump up against the wall and climb up onto the first wooden dock looking
    thing for a health upgrade. (HU6) If you're careful you should be able to get
    the passkey that's up inside the roof of the next dock. (PC7) If not come back
    after getting the hook and you should be able to pick it up.
    
    Halfway down the ladder at the far end of the map is a foam door, shoot it out
    for an armor upgrade. (AU4) Drop the rest of the way down and once you get down
    to the bottom of the floor there is a foam pack in a vent just behind a foam
    door. (FP14)
    
    Get into the elevator and go down to the bottom floor and get under the
    elevator. Ride up the elevator and shoot out the foam doors on either side of
    the shaft for a grenade pack (GP26) and an armor upgrade. (AU5) Then up at the
    top left of the shaft is a vent with a passkey inside. (PC8)
    
    Now head into the next door to your left after destroying the turrets and the
    camera for another cutscene.

    Claire has been captured.. again, and being the gallant white knight that you
    are, you're going to go after her.. again. Alright, well better get at it. Go
    left and drop down the gun hatch and the ladder and go through the foam door at
    the far left side of this room. Once you're in the save room jump up on the box
    and into the ducts. Ride the elevator up to the top and go through the duct on
    the right side. Kill both of the Soldiers in this room then drop down the gun
    hatch, and through the next. Kill the Soldiers in this room and you will gain
    access to the elevator. Go down to the second floor and into the duct in the
    ceiling. Go past the fan here and drop down. To your right is another gun hatch
    so destroy it and go into the ducts here and drop down into a cavern area. Kill
    the Soldier in the next room and go through the crawlspace above the large door
    here. Shoot out the rocks and climb up to find an armor upgrade at the end of
    the hall. (AU5)
    
    Now go back down to where you shot the rocks out and head left a little to drop
    into the room with your first missile pack. (MP1) Use your missiles to get back
    to the elevator and go down to floor one. Destroy the missile door here for 
    another missile pack. (MP2)
    
    Head up to floor four and destroy the generator for the fan to your left, this
    will stop the wind in that chamber you passed getting to the missiles. Get back
    to said chamber and climb up the walls and take the path to the right for a
    grenade pack. (GP27)
    
    Take the leftward path and shoot out the missile door in the duct. There is a
    path just above the path to the left that contains another missile pack so pick
    it up before you head out. (MP3)
    
    You should come out just before a save room, go in there and stock up. Shoot
    out the missile door in here and climb through. At the left end of this room is
    a health upgrade. (HU7)
    
    Go out through the door to your right and dispose of the enemies on the upper
    level. Go through the missile door in the next room and into a fight with not
    one, but TWO XOS-1 Soldiers. Use your missiles to try to keep them away from
    you while you murder them. After one falls it becomes a lot easier. Just make
    sure you destroy their plasma shots with gunfire and keep them away from you
    with the missiles while you fire your guns to take out their health.

    With Claire safe you have only a few more things to do; get the rest of the
    pieces of the armor, find the last few items and then stop the Progressive
    Restoration. With the addition of the rockets to your arsenal you should be
    able to get to almost any remaining item. Save for a few that the Hook is
    needed for. So let's get to it.
    
    Head back into the Complex through the main entryway and make your way down to
    the diagonal lift. There are two missile doors on the path here. One with an
    armor upgrade. (AU7) And the other with a missile pack (MP4) 
    
    Now go out into the water and head down to the lower area to the right. Under
    the outcropping is a missile door, inside is a missile pack. (MP5) Go out into
    the water and under the right side exit there is a small outcropping. Inside 
    here is a missile door and inside another missile pack. (MP6)
    
    Climb out and into the door right. Kill the enemies in here and destroy the
    missile door. Shoot some foam on the wall near the rocks at the right edge and
    shoot a grenade into the foam. (A technique known as a foam grenade) and drop
    down. Head right through the next room and down onto the bridge. Continue right
    and jump up to the next ledge. Jump up to the ladder and climb up, crawling
    under the ledge and climb up the first ledge you get to. Shoot the rocket door
    out for a missile pack. (MP7)
    
    Go back down below and over to the missile door on the floor. Shoot it out and
    drop down into the save room and go over to the excavator bucket and shoot a
    rocket at the gear. Once you're down on the ground jump up and to the left for
    an armor upgrade. (AU8)
    
    Now climb up to about where the tracks were. There is a small ledge there that
    you can climb inside. Drop down for a grenade pack. (GP28)
    
    Drop back down to the bottom and go through the duct to the right. Drop down
    into the save room then head right for a battle with the AP4 Saw. Stay out of
    its path and shoot at the back of it. Eventually after you kill the Saw run
    through the door to the right, then through the missile door after it to
    acquire the Hook. (HK)
    
    Head out the door and you will notice that the door you came in before is now
    locked. Using your hook, make your way up the walls of the room. At the top
    right of the room is a duct you can crawl inside for a missile pack. (MP8)
    
    Go through the door on the left and you'll see a Shield Heavy in your path. 
    These guys aren't nearly going to be as much of an annoyance as they used to
    be, so hookshot their shield away and either shoot or melee them.
    
    So being where we are now it's time for a little collection since we're already
    in the area. Use your hook to jump up through the gap at the top of the room
    and throw the switch. Go right through the next three rooms until you're in the
    large room with a duct at the top. Now we could have gotten this item after the
    CLD Thrust Pack but backtracking for one item would have been tedious. So I
    have you come back now when we're getting the items from the neighboring areas
    as well. 
    
    Anyway shoot out the duct at the top of the room and either double jump or
    hookshot into it. Climb up for a grenade pack. (GP29) There's another vent like
    this in the next room that leads into a save room in Section H. Take it and
    shoot the missile door on the floor of the save room for an armor upgrade.

    Get back into the ducts at the top left of the room and head right. Head
    through the cave area and into the crawl space at the end. Now you should be on
    top of the elevator. Take it down to the bottom and start it going back up.
    Before it goes up get into the crawl space along its path and let it go up past
    you. Shoot out the missile door at the bottom of the shaft for a missile pack.

    In the room to your right, use your jump jets to get out of the shaft at the
    top of the room and clear the coming hall of Bombas. Then go back as far left
    as you can and start running right. A small jump and you should hyperspeed
    through the rocks here and pick up a passkey. (PC9)
    
    Climb up the rightward wall and get into the area with the water. Use a missile
    to destroy the grate at the far left end and shoot a grenade inside. Keep
    shooting them until the movement of the water stops or swim inside a little and
    fire again. Once you destroy the fan swim inside. On top of the structure out
    of the water is a foam pack. (FP15) 
    
    Now climb back up the gap in the ceiling, using the hook to latch onto the wall
    then foam grenade the door and jump out into the next room. Clear this room and
    use the hook and your double jump to make it up to the top right of the area
    for a gold bar. (GB9)
    
    Make your way up through Section H, past Dr. Sweet's lab and out onto the
    surface. Head left to the area where you first fought the Devastator. Destroy
    the rocks at the far right with missiles then go through the missile door. Drop
    down into the water below and swim through and up the elevator shaft. Head
    right until you get to the Shield Heavy and hookshot up to the top of this room
    for a gold bar. (GB10)
    
    Head back out through the missile door you came in through and into the door
    left of the Devastator area. Shoot the missile door in the ceiling here and
    jump up inside for a missile pack. (MP10)
    
    Head through the doors to your left and drop down the gap outside. Go into the
    door here and through the foam door in this room. Make your way through the
    pipes and drop down into the room below. Go left into the next room and after
    clearing it use your double jump and hook to climb to the top of the area for a
    gold bar. (GB11)
    
    Now drop down into the water area and swim through until you get to the hatch
    that took you through the pipes into the factory. Instead of dropping downward
    shoot a missile straight across where you enter. Head left and you will be on
    top of the pipes. Climb up and to the left for your final health upgrade. (HU8)
    
    Now it's time to get back onto the path they want you to go on for the next
    objective (AKA Blue Line). Head right across the gap and down into the area
    that opened up when you shot out the excavator bucket. Through the duct right
    and down into the save room. Go left and drop down the shaft. You should see a
    missile pack in the wall here so hook onto the wall near it and shoot a missile
    where the path to it comes out. Climb inside for your eleventh missile pack.

    Drop the rest of the way down and run left until you see a group of enemies.
    There is a hole you can drop down here and inside it is a foam pack. (FP16)
    
    Now run left as far as you can. Just before the exit to the area here turn
    around and run right. Once you hit hyperspeed jump up onto the ceiling and run
    straight to the right for a passkey. (PC10)
    
    Finish running left and get into the area above the mine cart. Head left and
    hit the switch to open the wall into the next area. Head through the foam door
    at the upper left corner of this room and start running left. There's two ways
    you can get across the electrified water here. You can either hookshot across
    or you can hyperspeed run across. Either way get across the water and run
    through the bridge area for a foam pack. (FP17)
    
    Go back into the storage room and climb up between the palettes. In the next
    room kill the Soldiers and the Shield Heavy and shoot out the missile door on
    the Shield Heavy's floor. Drop down for a missile pack. (MP12)
    
    Foam grenade the hatch and get onto the main factory floor. Just below the area
    you come out, on the wall is a grenade hatch. Hook onto the wall near it and
    foam grenade it. Drop down for a foam pack. (FP18)
    
    Get back out to the factory floor and drop down onto the conveyor from the
    grenade door below you. Hyperspeed run all the way right for a foam pack.
    (FP19)
    
    Alright, this next item is a bit of a pain. You have to hyperspeed run through
    the factory floor up to the top right exit of the main room and destroy a blue
    box to open up the hatch to drop down into. Starting from the left edge of the
    radiation area run left. You should hit hyperspeed and start running up the
    leftward wall. Run off the edge and use your booster to get onto the right hand
    platform. Run all the way right here and jump over to the door and viola! The
    final gold bar is yours. (GB12) Now this may take a few tries but don't get
    discouraged, you can do it with the equipment you have right now.
    
    Climb up the ladder above and into the ducts left. In the next area get into
    the ducts at the top right and head through. You should come out in an area
    with a Bomba latched onto the wall. There is a missile door here under the
    right hand outcropping with a missile pack inside. (MP13)
    
    Head all the way left and stop off at the save room and then start heading
    upwards. You should find yourself in an area with red lasers crossing the
    bottoms with little square-ish things on the sides. You need to use the hook
    and latch onto the wall in the middle then fire a missile into each one of the
    square openings. After all five on are taken care of the lasers in that part
    will stop. You might die a few times on this expedition but that's why I told
    you to stop off at the save room. After destroying all of them you will be able
    to grab missile pack fourteen of twenty. (MP14)
    
    Go back into the save room from before and climb up into the fire jet area. All
    the way to the left is a missile door with a missile pack inside. (MP15)
    
    Get up into the vent above and kill the enemies in this next room. Head out
    through the door to your left and drop down then over to the left into the
    large training ground looking area. Hookshot up into the vent at the top right
    for a missile pack. (MP16) Then head back out and up the shaft. Go through the
    foam door and the vents. Climb up and head right into the save room then
    continue up and left into the next room. 
    
    Go through the top left door here and left through the room you fought the
    Tarantula in. Make sure to get rid of all of the boxes and such between this
    room and the next because you need to run at hyperspeed through to destroy a
    crate at the bottom of the Tarantula room. After doing so destroy the missile
    door that is revealed for another missile pack. (MP17)
    
    Go through the leftward room and into the missile door at the top left. Use a
    grenade on the middle of the floor here and drop down for your final foam pack.
    (FP20) You will now notice that you have infinite foam. This happens whenever
    you obtain the final pack for a special weapon. You also get infinite ammo for
    certain special weapons for reaching milestone levels. Level 30 gives infinite
    foam. Level 40 gives infinite grenades and level 50 gives infinite rockets.
    
    Go left through the door and up into the next room. You're going to want to run
    through here quickly as this room is loaded with turrets and if you stay in
    their fire too long even your 999 Health will get torn up. Head through the
    door at the top of the room and into the battle with the WSA1 Walker.
    
    Use your now infinite foam to shoot its legs then switch to your hook and latch
    onto the bottom of it. Use the context action here and you'll start to rip out
    the cables on its shield generator. Do this three times (Legend of Zelda rule?)
    and the shield will fall. After that a few rocket shots and your new friend 
    will follow suit.
    
    Head into the next room and go through the path to the top left. Hit the switch
    below the platform in the next area and shoot a rocket into the door it opens.
    This will bring down the lasers blocking your path to the Thrust Amplifier.
    (AMP) 
    
    Jump back out to where you unlocked the area with the amplifier and take this
    path out to the surface. Head left past the Devastator and onto the next dock.
    Swim under it and shoot out the rocks with missiles and pick up another missile
    pack. (MP18)
    
    Head left to the reservoir and jump over to where you fought the helicopter. At
    the top left of the wall in this area is a passkey. (PC11) Go down into the
    water below and just below the propeller there is a missile door. Shoot it out
    and swim down. After coming out of the water go down into the bottom of this
    next area and head right. 
    
    In this area use your triple jump and hook to make it up to the ledge at the
    top of this room for the final armor upgrade. (AU10) 
    
    If you have been following the guide you should have left to acquire: 2 missile
    packs, 1 grenade pack, 1 passkey, the fusion helmet, and the inertial element.
    So let's get to it.
    
    Head right and just above the blue box before the door to the next area hook
    onto the ceiling. You should see a hatch in here to climb into. Do so and
    follow the path inside for your final grenade pack. (GP30)
    
    Head right and drop down, get back to where you acquired the Friction
    Dampeners. Look towards the top right of this area. There is a missile door
    that you need to shoot out. Do so and inside will be a missile pack. (MP19)
    
    Now get back into the area with the last armor upgrade and head to the top left
    corner. Go through the laser area and back to where you picked up the Thrust
    Amplifier. Get back out to the surface just like before but head right instead
    of left. Head inside following the blue line until you get to a hangar looking
    area with one of the helicopters inside it. Head through the missile door at
    the top right of this room and drop down one floor. There is a grenade hatch on
    this level. Go inside and drop down into the duct, grabbing onto the duct in
    the middle. Inside is your final missile pack. (MP20)
    
    Drop the rest of the way down in this area and head left. Hit the console and
    lower the drawbridge looking thing above the hangar room. Rush back out past
    the enemies and back into the hangar room. Head through the door at the top
    left of the room and follow the path until you get to a Heavy and a lever. Kill
    the Heavy and hit the lever and start running out to the right. After hitting
    hyperspeed you need to double jump onto the wall of the righthand guard tower.
    You will run up the wall and through the door that the lever opened and
    through. You will destroy a wall at the other end and inside will be the final
    passkey. (PC12)
    
    Now drop back down onto the drawbridge and head through the door on your right.
    Go down the elevator here and into the door to the right. Get into the duct
    above the door and climb up to acquire the Inertial Element. (IE)
    
    Now get back to the elevator and head up. Go past where you picked up the last
    passkey and head right. You will end up back at the start of the map. Go back
    into the main door of the Complex and get down the diagonal lift into the water
    area. Go through the left hand path under the water and make your way to the
    missile door here. Drop down and go through the area like you were going back
    to where you first acquired the foam. Once you drop down into the save room
    take the foam door to the right. Kill the Soldier and take the foam door to the
    left. Go down the elevator and through to the right to acquire the Fusion
    Helmet. (FH)

    Now get back to where you acquired the Inertial Element. Remember that with the
    Fusion Helmet you are almost entirely invulnerable while not moving or moving
    at a slow walking. Once you get off the elevator head all the way right and
    drop down to the bottom. One quick stop off at the save room and then go
    through the missile door. Let the cutscene finish because it gives you more
    time to escape the blast. You have to make your way back to the elevator and up
    out of the shaft or you die.
    
    Once you escape make your way back to the lake for the final battle. Get to
    each of the consoles and activate them, then wait at the turret for the missile
    to fully dock. Set your sights on the airship and shoot. Then get to cover
    inside the tower that the cabin rests on because the airship will fire missiles
    to try to kill you. After using all three missiles the Airship will be
    destroyed and you can sit back and watch the closing credits.

    This section of the guide will detail how to go about getting the Minimalist
    Achievement and through the method I will be using consequently the Insurgent
    Master Challenge. Yep that means that you are going to be going through only
    getting 4% of the items. Well really 3% since I'm going to have you skip the
    pistol. Skipping the pistol though means you have a free slot to pick up
    another health pack if you so choose. But if you play on Casual which I will be
    doing it isn't really needed. Anyway I will be skipping the pistol and the
    health pack that is in your path. For this run you will need to be at least
    level 30 and have gotten all 12 gold bars on a previous playthrough. Anyway
    load up, get through the tutorial section and let's get stored.
    
    ~~  The Run                                                           [5.2]  ~~
    
    Once you get to controlling Jason go through and get into the Complex as normal
    up until you would normally get the pistol. Instead of picking it up go into
    the gold room. Pick up your weapon of choice and get back into the vents and
    head back out. Go through the upper gun hatch and get into the next room. Go
    over through the next room and down the lift. Go through the water room then up
    through the next shaft. Make sure you jump over the health pack here and go
    through to the next room. Kill the Soldiers and drop down to the grenade room.
    
    Get through the boss fight with the Tarantula and start making your way up the
    shaft. Do not touch the grenade door and start heading back to the water area.
    Through the path under the left pier there will be a secret path opened.
    Carefully jump through the area here and you will end up in the factory. Go
    through the door and carefully drop down to the door below. Go through the next
    rooms and you should come to a Foam Bomba and a Foam Door. You need to use the
    Foam Bomba to shoot the Foam door. It might take a little but you should be
    able to get the Bomba to shoot the door. 
    
    Drop down the next area and go through the training room. Then down onto the
    conveyor. Get into the gun hatch. Drop down into the save room and head left
    through the factory section and get the foam. Stop the factory and then get
    back into the save room. Use a foam tower and climb back up to the duct you
    came in. Use a foam tower to get back into the training room. This one could
    take a little while but use a foam tower to get up to the missile pack in the
    top of this room.
    
    Get back out and use the foam to make it back up the shaft where you came in
    the foam door from. Once you get back up to the room with the radiation areas
    build a foam bridge across the large gap and use it to get up to the door you
    came in before. Drop down and shoot out the missile door. Take the path back
    out to the diagonal lift and use it to get back out of the Complex. 
    
    Once outside use a foam tower to get up to the top of the valley floor and
    start heading left. Build another foam tower to get up to the large pier
    looking object above you. Climb over it and the building beyond and drop down
    into the hangar. Shoot the missile door and run down to the console to drop the
    bridge. Once you make it back up head that way and get down the elevator.
    
    Make your way to the cutscene room and let it go through for more time. You
    need to be a whole lot quicker with it this time because you neither have the
    defense nor the health that you would normally. 
    
    Once you're out of there make your way to the lake. Just be careful when you're
    getting ready to use the missiles and you will be able to finish this fairly
    quickly. Congratulations, claim your Minimalist achievement.
