How do I get to play with Shao Khan, Motar & Goro?
Don't say only at the tower

You cant play as Shao Khan and Motaro though.

They aren't playable characters. The MK team wanted to go back to bosses not being playable. There was a rumor going around about Kintaro and/or Motaro being DLC, but I don't know how valid that is.
