Where can I Print off a copy of the instrutions?

The game is great! I just like to have an instruction booklet or a place where I can go to print off instructions.

Here is the pdf version of the rulebook for the tabletop version:

I've only skimmed it myself, but note that while all the rules *should* be the same, that rulebook goes into excruciating detail on how to perform all the book-keeping and calculations that the XBox does for you.
