Character reset lost all items but still at end of game...?

So yeah as the title says I have no equipment, no money, no clothing, no items and no property. And My character has no Skills(still have all guild seals). Basically beginning game character but I am at the end of the game. I am still king and have all the areas, character is not my name but player 1. How do I fix this I can't load another character(if you can I can't figure it out). Oh and I never started a new character.

If you can get into your sanctuary, go to the option area (The gears on the wall.) and pick new game.

If you can't get to your sanctuary, delete your game file under settings and start over.

Unless there is some other way to fix your game, I'm sorry that you have to start over. Just look at it as a chance to be Evil (Or Good, depending on your first choices).
