Need help on seintial island ?

Ok first off when do you get to use ur enchanter and other characters. Also i am stuck at the begining of the battle town, I found the key in the room with the broken cell door, but am lost on where to go from there. All help would be much apreciated thanks.

Answer

You can use your servants AFTER you defeat Laiken and take over the battle tower.

And if I remember right then that key goes to a door on the very top floor to access the next area for your main quest.
