Riddler trophy's and RC Baterangs?

Some of the Riddler trophy switches raise fences around the question mark targets. Batman can't move while he is controling an RCB. I tried everything that I can think of. Is there some trick I am missing?
Also, there is one puzzle where you see an arrow pointing up to a unlit Question mark high up on the wall. Any tips?
