AR training Adv 1, very difficult, how to complete?

Guys, AR training Adv 1 is extremelt difficult.
The 1 which glide through a tunnel in steel mill
I glide to the 1st, dive to 2nd and 3rd,
then pull up to enter the tunnel, but every time it just pull up too much and hit the entrance.
Or too low and touch ground. How can I remain altitude gliding through the tunnel without pulling too high?

There is no special way to do it, really. Try to pull up a little more gradually, if you find yourself crashing into the ceiling. This is the most difficult AR challenge; just keep trying and you'll get it done eventually. If you want to see an example of how to time it, I recommend watching how someone does it on YouTube.

Try pulling the stick only half way back rather than all the way back. this will give you a less violent and more controllable rise after your dive. you'll also need to experiment to find the right timing on when to exit the dive.

Gates tend to be positioned in key points throughout the glide to help you time your actions.

Try releasing the right trigger at the same time as passing through the gate at the bottom of the dive. you'll find that it will have you breaking out of the dive at just the right time (you'll still need to be gentle with the thumb stick though as your pulling back).

This is still a very difficult AR challenge and will take some practice to get right.
