Question from generocity
Why did Zsasz lose his poker hand?
Anyone ever notice how Zsasz's story doesn't quite check out the way Penguin beat him at the card game. Zsasz gets four 6's and Penguin has a straight flush 3 thru 7? How many sixes are there in their deck??

It depends on the type of poker they were playing. Though his story seems to indicate they were playing 5 card stud or draw, the most common type of poker played is Texas Hold'em and therefore they would have 5 community cards and only two cards in their hole (not revealed to the other players). This would allow for the players to each use the sic on the board. It also could be explained that it is the Penguin's place and he is a criminal so cheating would not be beneath him.
They were playing a different version of poker
