Reverse batarang?

Need to know how to complete the reverse batarang in the riddler challeng?, I read the guide on how to use it but that didnt work, when i use it, it almost looks like the controled batarang but without the control use. Im on the 360 to those it might matter. Thanks for the help

Select remote control batarang using the gadget selection wheel.
Hold LT, and target an enemy.
When you are locked on to the enemy, keep holding LT, and hold RB to "charge" the reverse batarang.
It takes a second or so to charge (like the disruptor), and does not need to be steered in flight.
