How do I get to the stolen freeze equipment in the steel mill?

i have revealed as much of the map INSIDE the steel mill as i can figure out but i still can't get to the freeze equipment. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answer

There's a freight elevator that takes you to basement level. If you never opened the door to the elevator shaft area, it won't be on your map. In the room where you fight Mr. Hammer for the first time/used the crane to get to the Joker, there is a double door entry leading to the elevators to the left of the vent hole you had opened earlier. Use the REC to open the steel gate, and go in. The freeze tech is in the basement.
