Last Zillo Beast Minikit?

I can't figure out the last minikit for Zillo Beast level...I've done the 2 panels, 6 tanks, and both sets of rocks, but I'm still missing 1 near the back right of the screen. Can anyone help?

I also did the race with the mini vehicle and the 2 force plugs in the back of the level...still missing 1!

Did you build the MiniKit Dispencer? I think you need to build one on that level. Just build different stuff in different blue areas and eventually you can build the MiniKit Dispencer.
