Why does the game not let me do red shirting or recruiting.?

Hey I am trying to play online dynasty however it won't allow me to do my red shirting or my recruiting or anything like that....After I add people to my board and try to back out it says "Online Dynasty is currently unavailable. Would you like to try again or exit and try again later?"

The kicker is the other members are able to do everything just fine....

Any solutions?

Could be a problem with your internet.

Recruiting could be done at dynasty.easports.com. Also, are you sure that all of the teams have said that they are ready to advance to the recruiting? In addition, the overall ea server does have problems quite often, I have the same problem.
