Intorudction:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a guide with all the solutions for the Battle Puzzles you will find
throughout the campaign.  This guide is for the Xbox 360 (and I'm assuming the
PS3) Version(s).  NPCs that offer Battle Puzzles are marked with a blue
puzzle piece with a "?" in it over their head.  The challenge in a Battle
Puzzle is to end the pre-staged fight in only one turn. The placement of units
will be the same each time you attempt any particular puzzle.  Completeing all
Battle Puzzles unlocks the achievement "Skilled Strategist".  On to the guide!

IROLLAN

Irollan - Ranger - 1st Puzzle

1) Starting from the furthest Right; Move the cursor 3 spaces Left and Cancel
the Wall in this column
2) Move the Right Blue Bear 2 spaces to the Left
3) Cancel the Green Pixie
4) Move the remaining 2 Yellow Archers into position


Irollan - Ranger - 2nd Puzzle

1) Starting from the furthest Left; Move the cursor 3 spaces Right and Cancel
the Yellow Archer that is 2nd from the top in this column
2) Cancel the Blue Bear
3) Move the Green Pixie from same column 2 spaces to the Right
4) Move the Green Elk 6 spaces to the Left
5) Move the remaining 2 Green Pixies into position


Irollan - Nelir - 1st Puzzle

1) Starting from the furthest Right; Move the cursor 3 spaces Left and Cancel
the bottom Blue Bear in this column
2) Move the 2 Blue Bears from the Left into position behind the Blue Emerald
Dragon
3) Move the remaining 2 Blue Bears into position



Irollan - Nelir - 2nd Puzzle

1) Cancel the Top Right Blue Bear
2) Move the Right-most Blue Bear 3 spaces to the Left
3) Cancel the Yellow Archer
4) Move the remaining 3 Green Pixies into position

1) Move the furthest Right Gray Swordsmen 3 spaces to the Left
2) Move the available Right Yellow Spearmen 1 space to the Left
3) Cancel the Yellow Spearmen in the Knight's column
4) Move the Yellow Priestess 1 space to the Left
5) Move the remaining 2 Yellow Spearmen into position


Holy Griffin Empire - Rolly - 2nd Puzzle

1) In the very top row; Cancel the Blue Archer
2) From the very Left side; Move the cursor 2 spaces to the Right and Cancel
the Blue Archer in this column
3) Move the 2 Gray Swordsmen into position behind the Griffin
4) Move the remaining 2 Blue Archers into position


Holy Griffin Empire - Sir Roderick - 1st Puzzle

1) Move the Left-most Gray Swordsmen 3 spaces to the Right
2) Move the Right-most Yellow Spearmen 5 spaces to the Left
3) Cancel the Gray Swordsmen in the same column
4) Move the Right-most Gray Swordsmen 3 spaces to the Left
5) Cancel the Yellow Spearmen that is beneath the Griffin
6) Move the remaining Yellow Spearmen into position


Holy Griffin Empire - Sir Roderick - 2nd Puzzle

(Note: Your Swordsmen core unit must be Level 5 to complete this puzzle)

1) Move the Middle Yellow Archer 1 space to the Left
2) In the column with the Blue Spearmen; Move the Gray Swordsmen 1 space to
the Left
3) Cancel the Yellow Archer in the same column
4) Cancel the Middle-most Yellow Archer
5) Cancel the Idle Angel on the Right side (because we dislike her ><)
6) Move either remaining Gray Swordsmen into position on the very Right

1) Cancel the Right-most Green Zombie
2) Move the Left-most Purple Ebon Guard to the furthest Right, behind the
Purple Vampire
3) Move the remaining 2 Green Zombies to the furthest Left, behind the Blue
Zombie
4) Cancel the Blue Zombie
5) Move the remaining Purple Ebon Guard into position


Heresh - Sir Reginald - 2nd Puzzle

1) Cancel the Right-most Blue Zombie
2) Move the Right-most Blue Zombie to the (now) Right-most Blue Zombie
3) From the very Left side; Move the cursor 2 spaces to the Right and Cancel
the Purple Ebon Guard in this column
4) Move the cursor 1 space to the Left, and Cancel the Purple Ebon Guard in
this column
5) Move the remaining Purple Ebon Guards into position
6) End turn

Sheogh - Dillon - 1st Puzzle

1) Move the Right-most Gray Hellhound 4 spaces to the Left
2) Move the cursor 1 space to the Right and Cancel the Gray Hellhound in this

3) Move both Red Horned Demons all the way to the Right
4) Cancel the Gray Hellhound in the same column
5) Move any 2 remaining Gray Hellhounds into position


Sheogh - Dillon - 2nd Puzzle

1) Starting from the furthest Right; Move the cursor 2 spaces to the Left and
Cancel the Red Horned Demon that is second from the top in this column
2) Move the cursor to the furthest Left and Cancel the bottom Red Horned Demon
in this column
3) Move the Purple Hellhound from the middle to the furthest Left
4) Move the Gray Nightmare 4 spaces to the Right
5) Move the 2 Red Horned Demons from the middle/left to the furthest Right
6) Move the remaining 2 Gray Imps into position
