Can't get past the start screen, freezes the system...any ideas?

Asked me to dl update, and I did...Didn't get passed ubisoft startup screen before freezing one me. Today, went to have them replace with another copy, thinking bum DVD. Still froze. Cleared cache, still froze. Anyone else having this issue?

Try installing the game to your hard drive. It might work.

When I bought the game the clerk told me that about 1% of the CD's have problems. just take it back and get a new one.

It's a possibility that your 360 is causing the problem, so you might need to replace it or get it checked.

Do not think there is a problem with the concoles.I believe its the disc.
Have 2 discs , already installed and still the same problem for both discs.
