How do I get past the Play?

I am stuck due to not knowing where I need to end u standing during the play.

Turn on Eagle vision and the place to stand will be highlighted

Answer

Use Eagle vision to find your spot, then when people start to move, go to the next spot, then move to one more spot and finally go "assassinate" you're target on the stage.
