how do i get in the lair of Romulus in the campagna district?

i have just completed sequence 6. there is a lair of romulus in the campagna it district.(the upper right hand side of the map.) it is in a set of ruins near the French castle where you complete sequence 6. the lair entrance is underneath a french encampment. there are three beams that you can walk across above of the only entrance i can find. i have run around the out lying area of the ruins and found no tunnels. i have climbed to the top of the ruins jumped off and deployed my parachute but every time i either land on the one of the beams or fall below the beams in to the water beneath them. and then have to climb out and retry there are no ledges to scale or a way of running up the wall and then climbing to the ledge. there is also a latter on the opposite side of the pit where the entrance is located in the ruins.

You need to buy/rebuild all the aquaducts so they are working properly then revisit the Lair and you will see the water level has risen and you swim into passage to begin.

Rebuild the items in the area. If you look around near the ruins you will understand what you exactly need to rebuild and you will be able to reach the treasure chest and the lair in that area.

You don't need to repair all the aqueducts, it just makes it easier. If you hang from the ledge above the tunnel, you can drop down on the right side and grab a ledge, and then jump into the tunnel. This is a video showing you how to do it:
