How toget 100% synch on the Calling All Stand-Ins memory?
It says to use the assassin recruits, and I do. The second part with two targets is my problem. For some reason when I tap LB for the assassin recruits, it kills one like normal but always shoots an arrow at the second, thus ending the chance for 100%. The first and last parts work just fine, only this one. Its the only one left in my game to get to 100%. Any ideas?
I guess it is luck. It happens even when I don't have arrow storm available.

You have to call Assassin Recruits, NOT Arrow Storms, on the targets, and if any of your recruits use ranged weapons, you fail. Just luck.

This requirement is glitched - if your recruits use ANY ranged attacks, you fail. Best way is to send all high-ranking Assassin Recruits on long missions, and replay with only lower-ranking recruits. Don't kill your Assassins over it, Ubisoft will probably release a patch eventually.
Actually, you can use the Aarow Storm. I just did it last night. The first guy, I sent in one assassin. Then on the second and third spots, I used an aarow storm, and it worked both times. I just waited until they started walking around, and until the guy I was following was far enough away. Then I selected one, and called for an aarow storm. It didn't make me fail. On the final location, you need to be close enough in range to the guy you're tailing so you don't de-sync, but not to close that you start the cutscene. Then wait until your aarow storm meter refills, and repeat the same process for these final guys.
You should be aware that you have to be less than 50 meters away to not de-sync. So if at the last location, you stand close, there are guards everywhere that will attack you, seeing how that's a restricted area. It's not that big a deal, because being detected by them doesn't de-sync you. Just detection by the guy you're tailing does. So you can kill all the guards attacking, as long as you don't accidently call your assassin's in, lengthening your wait time.
I recommend sending MULTIPLE WAVES of Assassins, if you only send one, occasionally a recruit will fire a shot, with several, usually the guards become overwhelmed before the recruits try to fire.
