Where can I find the last ingredient for the lethal poison?

I have the first two ingredients together , but I just can't seem to find that last pesky ingredient. Can someone tell me if its in a contract or a chest or what?

If the ingredient you are speaking of is Aconite, you apparently will need to find a Borgia messenger and gather it from him. It seems to be one of the rarest items in the game and you have to get lucky if the messenger has it.
