Subject 16?

I'm at the start of Sequence 9 and I missed a few Subject 16 places. I tried going to a previous memory so I can get them but it won't let me. Will I able to get them in sequence 9 or is it a lost cause?

Answer

Once you start sequence 9, its a continuous set of memories, you can't stop. But once you are done with them, you can go back to Rome, and wander around. You can then go and look for the rifts/glyphs you missed and play them.

Once you find a Glyph, if you back out of solving the puzzles, you can play them again either from the DNA menu or the Truth menu.
