How do i get this achievement?

Ok so there is an achievement for using a lift and killing a guard with the bad of bricks that drops down right? Well when i do that which i have done many many many times sometimes killing several guards at once it doesnt give me the achievement. Is this a downloadable content achievement or is it just messed up cause i dont have any dlc

It's a DLC achievement; you need to get the DLC before it will unlock.
