Dual Crush?

I know this is a noobish question but how do you do this. I have only done it once and it was by accident? I cant figure out how to start it with other characters? and is it the done the same way with all the characters or not?

Yeah its hard to pull esp without voice communications. First both of you need to be standing still and have MP ( I think half) Then you will see the popup. One Person starts it and the other follows it. Results vary depending on the pair
