The information has been obtained from mostly Kongbakpao/Reddit/SolitaireD with a sprinkling of other sources, and so have many of the strategies been taken from what's already been suggested.

80/80. It may be globals debut for Bard Motes! There's also that odd timestamp with no associated event coming up. Could it be something else to fix some of our neglected Bard folks? Only time will tell!

Torment Dungeon General Info

Torment dungeons are the new level of difficulty on which to test yourself. Each Torment dungeon is a series of fights through high-level trash mobs and culminates in a very difficult boss battle. They come in a 200 and 250 difficulty and have a CM on the D200. The fights are the same between the difficulties, there's just variations in trash amounts and stats obviously. These are hard. Expect to need very well honed abilities/BSB's to make your way through these. Here's a couple of things to be aware of for all Torments:

-Torments come back on a schedule that no one but DeNa understands, usually one at at a time now (including the CM).
-These cost 60 stamina and you only use the stamina if you win. Losses/Fleeing refunds your stamina.
-You CANNOT use mythril/gems to continue on a loss.
-An entire wave of trash will add up to an approximate Hp amount regardless of how many mobs there is. D200: ~60k. D250: ~100k
-D200 has 4 rounds of trash before the boss. D250 has 6 rounds of trash before the boss.
-Boss elemental weakness is only a bonus 50% damage instead of 100% (d300 this weakness looks to be 20% instead)
-Bosses drop 1/2/3x majors or 5x greaters upon defeat
-These are our new source of 6* ability motes.

There are 3 commonly used ways to clear these (your mileage may vary):

1) Hit and run, which usually needs 1 hour to get 3 bars for all 5 characters (bonus of being able to use damage RMs)
2) Use ability hones on the trash for a much easier clear and build SB gauges to rely 100% on BSBs during boss
3) Enter and exit till you meet a trash wave that only does single target (ST) physical attacks. Kill all except 2-3, set up Protectga, put everyone on defend, Speed 5, and just soak up all the damage for SB points.

And the last general tip on these is one you probably use in story dungeons. Make sure all your buffs (wall, boostga, haste, protect/shell, etc) are up right before you finish off the last trash mob before the boss. This allows you to enter the boss fight fully buffed, and in the case of a S/L, you don't have to worry about reapplying your buffs.

Strategy: For the the first 30%, Golbez does his shifting weakness thing between Fire/Ice/Lightning every 3 turns or if you hit his weakness. He remains neutral to the other two that he's not weak to and after hitting 70%, loses those weaknesses completely. Shadow Dragon uses Black Fang on it's 10th turn and every 3 turns afterwards. Shadow Dragon should be your first priority to kill in each fight. In all phases, Golbez follows his AoE spells with his single target attack. He can use Ultimate Drain every 8 turns in Weak phase (70%) and every 4 turns in Very Weak phase (40%).

Time to bust our your holy pew pew! Just make sure you focus it in on Shadow Dragon first before he gets to his 10th turn. Runic works really well here as Golbez is 90% magical. Gigas armlets are nice and the Drain spells are dark damage if you want to those piercing attacks not hit so hard.

For the Cid Mission: Pecil BSB1 is the easy mode relic here. Come into the boss fight after having use it once with Enholy, pop Cloud USB and then use his BSB1 again (maybe twice) and his AoE command as necessary. Should be be over quick. Edward's BSB is great here too, adding extra holy vulnerability and providing a boostga. Kain's stuff is at least usable as everyone is neutral to Lightning or has a brief window of lightning weakness at best. Rydia can use Alexander (or Golbez with his 4* dive). Raines (as always on Holy/Dark weakness) is a good RW choice here.

Notable Jump Start differences: Golbez doesn't become weak to Holy until 70% after he loses his shifting weaknesses. In addition to that, Golbez has a new move. Cold Air (NAT, AoE, 33% to Paralyze). In his default phase, Golbez uses it on his 6th turn (each weakness phase is considered it's own default phase... so it's the 6th turn per shifting weakness). Once he's in Weak phse he'll use it on his 10th turn and every 5 turns after. Very Weak it's on his 8th turn and every 5 turns after. If you do enough damage quick enough, you'll never even see this move.

Why do I feel like I am going to hate this one......

I do have Pecil BSB1 and I have Palom BSB but I don't have any characters leveled to break anything for IV. Cid is the only support but I only have his SSB Monkey wrench. Level 50/65....OP!!!! He's not making it through a torment.
