DF isn't a developer, they don't need permission and didn't sign anything. The developers used as sources might be breaking NDA's.

If the numbers are true, all I can say is:

Rest in factories Nintendo Switch. With specs like those, not even stores will bother.

Either that or NVIDIA is GODLIKING (all CAPS and in bold) the switch devlopment toolbox.

Digial Foundry wouldn't be under a NDA because they are not a developer.
