About Kachua and Vice's element, is it determined by how I anwered the beginning questions?
It seems that Vice often starts with fire element, while Kachua starts with either wind or water.

Short answer?

Yes.

Long answer?

http://luct.tacticsogre.com/inquisition.html

"A more lasting effect is the one that your answers have on the elements of Vice, Kachua, Lans Hamilton, Guildus, Mildain, and Warren. The game tracks "points" for these characters in five categories: Fire, Wind, Earth, Water, and Neutral (no element). For each of these characters, your responses to each of the questions gives them a point in one of the five categories--their element will be the one that has the most points at the end of the inquisition. In the event of a tie, the character's element will be chosen at random between the elements with the most points; if "Neutral" gets the most points, then the character's element will be chosen at random.

In case it helps, we've created a model in Microsoft Excel that simulates the inquisiton from two perspectives: Denim's starting stats and the elements of his comrades. You may download the simulator here.

If you do not have Excel, you can download the Element Effect Tables for Hahnela, Zoshonell, Bartha, and Gurza.

http://luct.tacticsogre.com/Bartha%20Element%20Effects.gif
http://luct.tacticsogre.com/Gurza%20Element%20Effects.gif

These tables indicate the elemental points awarded to Denim's main comrades for each possible response to the goddesses' questions."

Ah, Chris' site. Very nostalgic now that I'm seeing it again!

@ZekuMusashi
By the way, what was the 'Dojo' part of his guide all about (stuffs like "Mystic Knight" and all)? Were those purely just names, or...?

^ The way I understand it, they're simply made-up titles to describe
the overall stat growth path, or "Training Program" as it's called there.

I'm presuming that this "Mystic Knight" is just a normal Swordsmaster, right? Yet, the one thing that struck me as odd (apart from the "training percentage") is this:

Golem Power: The power of all ally Golems within a three panel range will be raised.

Do Swordsmasters really have such an ability? 0.o

Warlocks have that golem boosting ability, not sword masters.

^ Yup, seems once leveling is done, your "Mystic Knight" will be a Warlock
(see also the ability to use Drakonite Magic).

The problem with that training program is that you'll be spending 80 MP on Dragon Magic and it will do poor damage, because Soldier/Ninja/Sword Master classes all have mediocre INT and MEN growth.

From the Ninja and Sword Master growth, it's probably better that this character uses immobilizing spells like Petrify or Stun and leave the Dragon Magic to characters with high INT and MEN stats instead. Then again, it's probably easier to use an Archer turned Witch for that purpose anyways.

Guildus often starts with fire element, Mildain is either water or wind.
And Canopus, his element is always wind, right?

Btw characters with low magic power (Ninja, Dragoon), what spell I should equip it?
I bet it would be Incubus.
