Hello homies, it's that time once again.

SO.

The draft.

Round 1, pick 16
Marlon Humphrey - CB - Alabama
6'0'' 197lbs

An Alabama DB in the mold of Jimmy Smith in terms of play style and physique. Hopefully he'll be an instant contributor and more durable. There are questions about how much of his productivity was due to the monster front 7 Alabama deploys. I like that they've doubled down on the defense in this draft. I can only hope that Humphrey breaks the Bama DB curse.

Round 2, pick 47
Tyus Bowser - OLB - Houston
6'3'' 247lbs

An athletic freak out who committed to football late. He has all the tools and takes coaching well. We did it boys, we finally drafted a legit pass rusher before day 3. It's a draft day miracle. OLB has been a need for us for a few years now and it just feels so good to have that weight lifted from our defense.

Round 3, pick 74
Chris Wormley - DE - Michigan
6'5'', 298lbs

Dat Harbaugh 2 Harbaugh connection. It almost seems like he was custom built to play along our hybrid front. Between Wormley, Carl Davis, Brent Urban and Bronson Kaufusi we have some serious size to sandwich Brandon Williams. I look forward to watching him blow up O-lines.

Round 3, pick 78
Tim Williams - OLB - Alabama
6'3'', 244lbs

The guy was getting first round hype before tumbling down draft boards for multiple reasons. I hope Ozzie knows what he's doing pulling the trigger on this guy. He's going to be a pass rush specialist no doubt. I will never be upset at adding some pass rush. Between he and Bowser I hope to see some rookie sack competitions.

Round 4, pick 122
Nico Siragusa - G - San Diego State
6'4'' 319lbs

Of no relation to Tony, I hope Nico can bring the same kind of edge that Goose did for the D-line. SDSU had an awesome O-line last year. Recently we've had great success with O-Linemen in the middle/late rounds of the draft. Nico should come in and compete for the starting LG position. With Alex Lewis potentially kicking over to RT the only position that would be in need of an upgrade would be center.

Round 5, pick 159
Jermaine Eluemunor - G/T - Texas A&M
6'4'', 332lbs

A project player, definitely needs time to be groomed by the coaches but his strength and versatility will make him at the very least an excellent backup in case someone along the line gets hurt again. The draft has been all about adding size and strength in the trenches and ooo wee am I excited.

Round 6, pick 186
Chuck Clark - DB - Virginia Tech
6'0'', 208lbs

You know what's funny? I've met this guy a few times. One of my friends used to go to V-Tech. I expect him to be depth and a special teamer.

We also signed a bunch of UDFAs

Zach Terrell, QB, Western Michigan
Tim Patrick, WR, Utah
Tim White, WR/RS, Arizona State expect him to compete for returner
CJ Board, WR, Tennessee Chattanooga
Quincy Adeboyejo, WR, Ole Miss
Bam Bradley, LB, Western Kentucky (if anyone is going to be a stud, money is on this dude, dat history of beast UDFA ILBS)
Omarius Bryant, DE, Western Michigan
Ricky Ortiz, FB, Oklahoma State
Andrew Wylie, G/T, Eastern Michigan
Bobby Puyol, K, Connecticut
Kenny Allen, P, Michigan
Taquan Mizzell, RB, Virginia

But fo reals this defense looks f***ing legit if our pass rush clicks like it has the capability to do.

Offense is still a toss up. Expecting to sign Mangold and some vet WR and im a Boldin fanboy soooo im cool with that.

Well, that draft didn't go as expected.

Gutted we missed out on Reddick. Didn't see us taking a CB in the first considering we could have got a good guy in round 2 or 3.

Ravens fans on Twitter be maaaaad as f***. I'm happy enough though. Can't win games without pass rush and good secondary. Joes got targets already, just needs time to throw and a capable rushing attack to alllow him to play to his strengths.

I mean the defense was pretty good last year and we just invested in it big time, so that's good.

The offense, though....

We need a possession WR and someone we know can start at center.
