Yes, you can link two with a cable

Interesting.

It would be even better if you could find an actual dual-cabinet (with side-by-side seats / pedals), but at least the gameplay will be the same.

They're sit down cockpits, seats gas brakes and shifter. Push em together, it's the same thing

The screen is a little blurry and I have to put the new t molding on the other side but otherwise it's pretty awesome.

I go pickup my second one weekend after next. They link with a standard 25 pin serial cable, the link security chip is a little tricky to find though.

This is the second one I'm picking up on Friday, it's a World not a USA like I thought. Which is better because they're interchangeable, World can link up to 4 instead of 2 like USA and World doesn't need a security chip to link. I'll just keep my eyes open for a Word board.

Part of me wants to say Hogan's Alley, part of me wants to say CarnEvil and part of me wants to say Streets of Rage.

I'm coming over to play at your house. That's really awesome!

It would have to be Super Mario Brothers, there was an arcade cabinet of it when Arcades thrived.

I remember playing a SMB arcade cabinet at Chuck E Cheese when I was a kid (having beaten the game thoroughly on my home NES), and thinking wondering what on earth was up with the stages. It was so much harder.

The NES had been out a while at the time in Japan. The Vs arcade system was basically a hot rod NES so in order to keep the NES games it played fresh all the games were tweaked. The first 4 levels of Vs Super Mario Bros just have minor enemy changes but after that they use later levels of the original sooner and levels from "the levels"
