I bought the digital version on Blizzard's web site a week ago. Everything is working fine but twice already, when I click on the game to start it up, I get this message.

Unhandled Exception:
Access Violation (c0000005)

I have to uninstall and reinstall the game every time this happens. It is getting annoying.

I know it happened to other people so anybody can tell me if there's anything I could do to solve this?

yyou need to patch the game to a later version i think. That fixed my problem atleast. Although if you did the digital download it should be the latest version...

I've never had the problem myself, but here's the support page for it:
