I've been playing a lot of MvM recently, and I see more Natascha heavies than BB heavies, or even stock heavies.

I realize that the slowdown is good for bomb-carriers and advancing robots, but doesn't the damage trade-off make usage rather redundant?

Is there a reason for using this weapon again, or am I missing something?

I know I used to stop those stupid scouts from planting the bomb.

If you slow down a robot, the rest of your team does more damage to it. Assuming there are four other damage classes, your team's extra damage is more than the damage that you yourself "lose" out on by using Natasha over the minigun, so it can be worth it.

This is fantastic.

Hmmm. Okay.

Is the available rage-knockback effected by the slowdown?

Hmm. I was wondering if Natascha would help out. Might give it a try the next time I play Heavy.

Does it slow the Tank down, though?

I tried natascha, was not impressed. Tried Brass Beast, still too slow. (cant shoot and move on top of tank with it compared to the others)

I think stock is flat out the best option.
