Does said tank have ANY right to get mad at dps who don't stay behind the boss?

I was just in a run with a tank who, every boss, would run in circles, randomly change direction, and run the other way, until he got bored and changed directions again. There was no pattern or order or timing involved, and yet he expected the melee DPS to stay behind the boss.

I laughed more than I should have.

Kids....

Kick them..

Pat them on the head and tell them to come back when they grow facial hair.

it's fun to spin a boss it's playing russian roulette but with online character's.
They literally gave him the keys to the kingdom and he pissed it all away--dragonballer88

If the boss does any frontal cleaves or cones, yea you should get behind him even if he keeps moving.
Otherwise, the only person you're hindering is yourself by not moving.

I do this for fun. I wouldn't ever expect melee to readjust.
I once knew, but now I no know, so who knew who knows?

Had a tank do this just yesterday, though I was healing on my monk so it didn't really bother me and the dps didn't seem to care or move. Though it was just gnomer, so it really didn't matter. Though Soothingmists making my screen shift like crazy with his running was mildly annoying...

As long as the boss doesn't have a special front attack I don't really care. Sometimes a guy just need to have fun and tanking tends to be boring if you don't spice it up every now and then.
4 and 1 odd!

I have never seen a tank require DPS stay behind a boss, period.
